The shipping was superb better than you would find in major retail stores the item was packed with babble wrap and shredded paper. It was ordered mid weds morning and I received it first thing Friday morning even before I opened up my office. Then to make it even better I called them just to show my appreciation and thank them for their care, courteousness, speed and talking with me numerous times and they were sincerely appreciative for my appreciation. I would not trust them or ever buy from them. Traded my car to Carmax $23,000.00 you can see it is $5,000.00 difference. They are dishonest and I have a video to prove it. And then he said he didn't know it was that bad. Said he put on new Brakes because he cares, only replaced 2 and then said he didn't see the CAKED on rust underneath. Are you dam blind. Lie lie lie. Then won't accept the 90 day 4500 mile warranty after it broke and cost me $1500 to fix. Said sold as is. To bad. That's what happens when you trust them that much, they screw you don't care. I noticed a sound when I test drove it. The dealer told me that it was just that one of the tires was a bit more worn than the others. Now it's less than 2 months later. I still have temporary tags on. The brakes started grinding very badly, so of course I have to shell out over $200 to have that taken care of...and discover that the dealer left wheel locks on and took the 'key' out of the box. When I called the dealer, I get a condescending lecture on buying a used car and am basically told I'm out of luck. Now I've taken the car to an actual dealer, and the noise has NOTHING to do with the tires. The wheel bearings are bad. I absolutely will not be buying from Bourbon Trail Motors ever again, no would I recommend them to anyone.
