He went to site and stated to replace a valve would require a permit and that he is not able to obtain a commercial plumbing permit! (THAT IS FALSE- YOU DO NOT NEED A PERMIT TO REPLACE A VALVE) Mr. Rowe, then proceeded to state we needed to pay him 157.50 for his 20 minutes onsite. Not even 24 hours later, after 7 received calls and 13 received emails and texts I was told I HAD to pay this incurred while he waited on the phone or he would tack on a $ 50 late charge. I had no choice but to pay this UNDER DURESS. This man scammed, obnoxiously harassed, and then played victim when he was asked to stop harassing the girls in our office. WHY ACCEPT A COMMERCIAL PLUMBING WORK ORDER, IF YOU CANNOT PERFORM REPAIR SERVICES? If I could give a negative star rating I would.
