She was a breath of fresh air (amidst a smelly situation). From the moment Anna answered the phone I was met with courtesy, professionalism, respect, & empathy towards the issue we were having with our septic. She answered every question I had and scheduled an appointment for us the same week. I was anticipating one worker & one truck sometime between 8-10am. If there's any review to read.. here ya go…read more I've been a home owner for a long time. And sometimes stuff happens. Upon moving into my (new to me) older home, we learned about some of the bad things that people do with their flushing standards. This bit us in the rear when the entire system got clogged. This clogging created a backflow of stuff you don't want to see, to come back up.. into the showers, bathtubs, yeah... it was messy.. and ugly. I called around to find a plumber that would be willing to help me and at first I just left a message to call me back. Shortly after, Newman's quickly responded by returning my call. The lady was very friendly and responsive to my needs. She mentioned that they had availability sooner than other places AND they had an option for emergency service. The emergency service (after hours) was obviously going to cost more but honestly, I had literal fecal matter in all our tubs, etc. it was totally worth it to have someone come asap. The gentleman who came over definitely knew his stuff. Dave had been doing it for a long time. He was very quick to isolate the issue and get everything resolved. He was very concise with what he was doing and the path to get things clear. I'm very pleased with the service I got as I had a no BS - let's get you straight service and was able to get it when I wanted it (which was immediate). She said she could get me in the next day- Friday. I told her I had to go into work, but I could try to leave early and did they have afternoon availability. She said how about 3 or after 3, I said that's perfect. The plumber calls me Friday at 9:40am and said he is on the way to my house, I told him I was at work and my appointment was at 3pm. He said he understood and he would reach back out to me around 3pm. I told him if I was able to leave earlier I would give him a call. I took off work early so that I could be home before 3pm, I called him at 3pm to let him know I was there. He said ok, he would call me when he was on the way...I called him back at 4:45 and I asked him if he had an idea of the time he would be coming. He said he was snaking a pipe in Portsmouth and he would call me after to head my way. It's now 10:15pm...I took time off of work for nothing, he never called and he never showed up and my faucet has a constant drip. The office was respectful and kind, the plumber was kind on the phone...but it is so rude and disrespectful to just not show up or call back and let them know you are unable to be there. This was my second time "using their Services", they had just repaired a leak in my crawl space a couple weeks prior and those guys Were quick, kind, and efficient. I am beyond disappointed with This go round, I will not be calling them or using their services again. I will take my business and my money elsewhere.

One local service company said rather gruffly that they were booked up for "weeks" in advance. When I called Goodman's, their voice mail box was full so I could not leave a message, but I received a call back a few minutes later because they saw my number on caller ID. Goodman's was able to schedule my service within four days of my call. They arrived first thing on the day schedule, so there was no waiting around for service. They were respectful of my property and completed the job very efficiently. They instructed me on the details of my system's installation should troubles arise in the future. I plan to use Goodman's for all my future septic tank service.

Long story short...noticed a terrible smelling liquid coming from the top of the processing tank…read morelid on our system yesterday. Tried a little troubleshooting myself...alarm test failed, pump test failed...breaker was shut. Last ditch check was opening the control panel for the system and found it the builder never hooked up power to the system. I called these folks and they responded immediately. In less than 24 hours, pump truck was onsite to pump the system down. And the team is scheduled tomorrow to wire the system up for us. I can't speak to the cost as this one's on the builder, but the emergency service and making things right for us is truly priceless.

Referred to them by Adam's Septic Evaluation and Design. As homeowners, we found ourselves in the very unfortunate situation of having to replace our over 50 years old septic system. If you've heard gone through this, then you know it's a pretty dramatic situation. Jason Weeks was the point man for this job. We were closing on our house and found out during an inspection that the entire system needed to be replaced. But, not only did it need to be replace, it needed to be done within weeks. Priority Septic showed up in a big way not only within our schedule but with a reasonable price. The pictures here tell a tale. As you can see, almost the entire yard had to be dug up to replace the tank, distribution box, and drain fields. I was not present for any of the work, but it was done in two days for a price that was much lower than quotes we got from other companies. The finished product, hard as it is to believe, looked and looks amazing. The only things I can slightly complain about are that during digging the power line running power to our pool pump was cut which ended up costing us $1000 to replace (Now, this isn't entirely their fault because it was a private line that was buried by the previous homeowner and not a line that was known to the utility company) and they had to move our huge play set but then decided they weren't going to move it back because they were scared they would damage it. So the pool set was left sitting right next to our pool and we were left with having to figure out how to move it back. Overall, I am impressed by the work, communication, and overall service I received from this company. If you need a septic system replacement, call this company.

Dynamic Plumbing called me right away and scheduled to come out to my home that Tuesday. Due to it being the weekend and they was booked up that the earliest. They could come. When I got up Monday morning I noticed the leak had got worse. Where the grass was saturated with water and could see water running down my driveway. I called Dynamic Plumbing and explained the situation to them. They told me if someone finished up one of their jobs early. They would send someone over to fix it. Next thing my phone ring and it them telling me they are on their way. They fixed the pipe without any problems. About an hour or two later I was told the pipe is fixed and everything is good. I had to run an errand and when I came out the house I noticed water was gushing out the hole. Where the pipe they had fixed. I called the right then. After I told them what was going on. They told me we are on our way back right now. They returned in a matter of minutes and fixed the pipe again. What I was told is the stuff they used to hold the pipe together wasn't strong enough. That this time they used a different and stronger glue. I'm good no more leaks. I would like to give a shout out to Joseph and his partner. They did a very professional job. Two days later my unit was leaking and after that company came out to trouble shoot I was told the worst and how much it would cost since the unit was bad. Remember, I said new unit from Home Depot so I called the warranty company and here comes John from Dynamic. John basically discovered that I was about to be ripped off.... No new water heater needed only the touch of a true professional and my family and I are completely satisfied.
