I called back again and again was told it was shipping and i should have it by the end of the week. I waited again. I called the store to confirm they had received it before i drove out and was told they didnt have it and call the Pasadena store. I called the store and was told it would ship out at the end of the week. It's now been over a month and my son wasn't able to play in his 1st tournament because he didn't have the uniform. I understand that its a custom club kit and could take a little longer which is why i waited 2 weeks before trying to pick it up from the Woodland Hills store, but why say ready in 5 days when it isn't and they don't offer any status update unless you call. Just to hear that it will ship at the end of the week. Its been over a month and still nothing. Very disappointed. Im not the only one. Many kids from the club are having the same issue. Yet im getting blasted with emails everyday of sales or new equipment but no update on my order.
