Customer service sucks I bought a pair of shoes at WSS and I wore them to school four days a week for a month and a half and two weeks in the plastic part broke so I swapped out the lace into another plastic part and they just kept breaking on me. So we went and tried to get a refund and WSS said to contact Nike and we had already done that and they said to contact WSS so there's a whole argument in between this and so we cannot get a refund because it's been over 30 days. Stay away! Purchase a pair of shoes and some tees for my son. No issue. Then my son decides he needs socks smh. I walked right back in store to purchase a package of socks. The cashier then demands to see my ID for the purchase. I explained to her i had just purchased 180 dollars worth of products and they didn't require that. She then goes on to say is corporate policy which turns out to be a lie. I showed ID out of spite because I felt I was being accused of using a stolen card. I have contacted corporate who verified that only purchases over 200 are required to show id. This is also concerning because according to Visa and Mastercard they do not suggest presenting ID because of identity theft. The cashier or anyone with access to the camera system now has the cc number. Cvv number and my billing address. Will stick to shopping Foot Locker or Dicks Sporting Goods from here on out. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE! BUYER BEWARE. Purchased a pair of Jordans ($175 w/tax) which were the most expensive shoes anyone in the family has ever purchased. A couple weeks in, the plastic part that the shoelace runs through cracked through. My son moved the lace to another hole which then cracked as well. Eventually both shoes had multiple cracks. We called Nike and they said they can't do anything but the store where we purchased them would take care of it. There is supposedly a two-year manufacture defect warranty. We believe the plastic on these shoes is defective. The shoes look like new. The only issue is where the laces go through the plastic. The rest of the shoe seems very well built. The store manager at WSS would do nothing and told us to call WSS customer service. We called while in the store and they did nothing as well. WSS says contact Nike. Nike says contact WSS. Nobody will help and we're out all this money. read more

This store is all unorganized..online orders are always screwed up they should'nt have you order from they're store if they're not gonna get off they're asses to pull the shoes you ordered..i went to go see if all 4 pairs of shoes i ordered were all there and why they took 8 hours to do an order? If you want to return shoes. Go in at 10 am or later, don't go in at 9. Apparently, they can't do returns until 10? I asked why and the guy standing by the door said because there was no one there. I looked at the girl just standing by the check-stand and was confused. I never heard such a ridiculous thing. I went back an hour later and it was the same lady that was standing there, that did my return. I don't understand how she just couldn't process my return an hour ago. read more

WSS will not accept an online purchase return in stores. You have to call/email customer service to ship your item(s) back. What a hassle considering there is a location nearby. Shop another retailer if there is a chance you may need to return. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. I have called several times and I've been hung up on. I placed an order for a pair of nikes and was sent a pair of vans. There is clearly a mix up and they are refusing to correct the order. Would not recommend ordering anything from them at. They can see the order number and see that it was shipped but they can't correct the issue. Horrible customer and would not recommend ever ordering anything from them. Awful curbside pick up experience! Do not curbside pick up!!!! It's been 2 weeks now and I still don't have my shoes and they took my money. And now apparently it's under camera review. When I didn't pick anything up and received email that said it was shipped. But didn't even receive a tracking number. Will never ever purchase from them again. Very large selection of shoes and great prices! They also have a rewards program and always have really good coupons. For example getting a $25 gift card if you spend $100 or more, or $15 off if you spend $70 or more. Etc. Only thing I didn't really like is that its a bit difficult finding a specific shoe. Since the shoes aren't really organized by brands, but the employees are all helpful if you just ask. Will def be returning. read more

Customer service is not their strong point. Inexpensive name brand shoes are what you come here for. Daughter got converse in all black for 33$ so I would say not a bad deal. They have a large selection in lots of sizes. Area of town is not so great however it doesn't bother me. All the awesome savings are usually in the more southern parts of Fresno. Don't expect any associates to ask you if you need help unless you look like you're going to steal, if you need assistance, go up and ask for it. They stay really busy and are usually understaffed so be patient. Remember in this area of town the kind of customer you are will determine the customer service you usually receive. Customer service is terrible.....I was returning some shoes that I had bought the day before because they gave me some dirty ones and they were white Nike free runs and I told the lady on register. She told me back with a rude attitude that they no longer had them at the store so she called to other locations which I was thankful for, but she was rude and she switched me off with another lady that ended up helping me but the service was the same. Plain rude! Anyway I continued to look around....and I hear the two girls talking about me and saying rude stuff behind the shoe racks. BTW. I was not rude in anyway.
