This place was packed with kids getting ready for prom and Lorrie was able to help the majority of them while also checking customers out! Nostrom Rack had plenty of men's pajamas to choose from at a discounted price compared to the regular price. And that's a specific day it was raining so most the customers besides shopping was also getting umbrellas this way they could go back to their cars safely. Luckily I was parked in there by and didn't require an umbrella. Once you enter the store everything is marked and placed as it should the women's with the women's shoes the men's with the men's pants the luggage items the perfumes and cosmetics are displayed and marketed in the store. Overall I had an excellent customer service experience at Nordstrom rack. I definitely would be turning in the future.

Currently they are doing "rack "Friday sale. Red tags are an additional 40% off. I found a pair of nice jeans by the brand frame, which is pretty pricey brand and I only paid $38. They have a decent amount of purses, cosmetics, hair care, and plenty of good brands to choose from. I feel like their shoe inventory is massive here. The home section is pretty small and the children's as well. For there being so much in the store, they have everything laid out and organized. There's indicators upon every rack that let you know what brand you're shopping and it's easy to find your size. Kudos to the employees for keeping everything nice and neat!

She seemed like I was bugging her. She handed me two pairs of pants and split. No assistance. No hey how does it fit. No suggestions. No nothing! Had to keep going and looking for someone to help me. My family and I decided to make a in person visit to Macy's On Blackstone in Fresno. Once we arrived We took the elevator due to the escalator was out. Right now is a July 4th sale event so items are on sale for purchase. The customer representative Malaky at the mens department was able to assist my autistic child with getting his measurements for a men's suit for his school yearbook photos. We had an excellent customer experience with Malaky. He took the time to actually assist us by taking the appropriate measurements with the first men suit purchase. The prices are right. I will add that the salespeople were great and wonderful to deal with. 1) I recently purchased an item from the Fashion Fair store in Fresno, CA. The salesperson was great. The item was delivered and I realized the size of the item was too big for my space. I called the store phone number as listed on the business card given to me by the salesperson in order to initiate an exchange/return. The automated system hung up on me 5 times. I never got through to any department or any human being. The call was just dropped. I used several phones: cellphone, landlines, etc. All with the same result; a hang up. Terrible! The phone is a low tech way in improve customer experience. 2) I have previously called the official customer service line and filed a claim for some damaged furniture at the time of delivery. It took several months of calls and follow ups in order to be told to just call the sales person to take care of this. The awesome sales people took care of the situation in a prompt and timely manner. Some 8 months after I first filed the claim, I received an email from customer service asking about my damaged furniture. The actual customer service dept is another low point in the Macy's world, which is why I was trying to call the store and not this awful, inept department.

But then, he braved the second floor to look to see if they had any up there. He came back a while later and apologized that he couldnt find any. He said they would be expecting a shipment by Friday and suggested I call back then to save myself a trip. He then explained that if I got a Khols card, I could get 40% off another topper that would be better quality and last longer. I opted not to get a card, but appreciated the non- pushy approach. Its because of interactions like this that a visit that may have been just 1 or 2 stars because their website says they have the item and can have it ready in 1hr when, they have none.. could be frustrating.
