Bought a pair of shoes here on 6/26/2025. Realized after returning home I had two left shoes but opposing styles both shoes were black both from reebok. One with black stripes and the other with white. The next day on 6/27/2025 ,I went to another wss store and tried to fix the issue. Was told they couldn't help me if they replaced the shoe it would make their inventory off because technically their giving me a new shoe since I only had a left pair and their inventory would be minus a right shoe. Returned to the original store of purchase after acknowledgement of this issue. Store I purchased shoe from weren't able to locate either of the right foot shoe for both pairs I had in my box they apparently sold them in error to other customers. So now those customers will have to come and try to fix that issue as well. Was issued a refund because of this. The inventory at this store is lacking they only had what was on the floor for shoes and there weren't that many options especially if it's where you walk down the aisles looking. Shoes were 6, 7, 7.5 ,8 rarely any 9 and some 10 little to no half sizes for women shoes feel sorry for someone who wears half sizes or who's foot is larger than 9 shopping here. Craziest part is the person at the register when i purchased my shoes with was a lead or manager. That person needs to be reprimanded or demoted their costing the company money and causing confusion with customers.How in less than 24 hours did they basically sell 3 or 4 shoes where it's two right foot or two left foot of the same pair or similar shoes of the same brand. Person that helped me yesterday wasn't the person that gave me a refund today. I walked in other employees asked who did it and they took accountability for it before they could read their name on the receipt and then immediately walked to the back of the store and never returned the other employees helped me instead. Won't be returning to this wss location loss me as a patron. read more

Customer service, cashiers have attitude and are disrespectful. As I was having trouble with my card, I had to use a different card. After the transaction the cashier threw her hands up at me as if she was shewing me away. I apologized for the inconvenience and thanked for her being patient before she did that. This location has cleaned up VERY well. Back then it was a bit overcrowded and less staff available. However for this trip, that was indeed not the case. Staff was overwhelmingly available for help, questions, and pre-order purchases! I came here to buy a gift for my significant other, it was a quite special and personal for me. I was nicely greeted at the door, and helped all throughout my shopping when needed. Store clerks were aware of the item I was searching for, so they were able to ask a floor salesperson to come and assist me. Kianna helped me with my purchase right away. I was so thankful for her because the shoes I inquired about was on high demand--and sold out at their WSS location!! I needed to quickly find another location that carried this item. Kianna made it happen for me effortlessly!! She professionally called multiple WSS locations nearby to see if the shoes I wanted were in stock, and thankfully they were! I paid upfront in order to have them put on hold, for pickup. Kianna definitely did her part and I was elated that I didn't have to search for the shoes anymore. Overall, very nice, clean, well-lit, moderate/affordable shoes and clothing here. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for branded items at a decent price!! read more

Karla was great, helped me get out the store quick. My online order was canceled so I went in to purchase the shoes I needed . she was quick to find it all I had to do was tell her the name of the shoe and she walked me right to them. I met her again at the cashier where she tried to locate some pants for me but they weren't anywhere to be found. Sad face. It's ok though the time she saved me from looking myself was and is greatly appreciated. I can't say all staff is knowledgeable, because eh I had a 30 minute phone call previously with a male, he was trying to be helpful indeed, but i called for an item check which was a waste of time and that's what drove me to visit the store to find the shoe and the pants. Weirdest online ordering situation. Says it's in stock only to not be in stock and have to be shipped. They sent me to this location since they had it instead but they wouldn't apply my discount that was applied online so I had to pay in store and cancel the online order after biking 2 miles. It's weird because it happens two days ago and Raul applied the discount in store but had me do a survey for him after but he wouldn't do it this time for some reason. I guess he only gives good customer service when he's making people do reviews smh. This is legit my last time ordering with these guys. read more

If there was an option for no star review I would choose it.. Manager that in attendant tonight was no help. She did not know how to deal with customer service. Did not want to do an exchange or refund on unworn item. She just kept stepping back trying to walk away from the situation. Did not even give any help of advice at all. This store is SHADY. I walk in with a friend to buy a shoe that was just released and they will only sell to one of us. They have plenty left to sell to people behind us. But because we walk in together supposedly only one of us can purchase. Keep in mind we are from different households, paying separately, with separate WSS rewards accounts. This is ridicules, i just went the store to try to buy two jordans, and the sales rep said i cant buy two jordans, so I asked him "can i just buy one?" Went to this location for the first time, the store has a great variety of shoes. But the main issue is how there were 4-5 employees behind the counter and they didn't acknowledge me in line. They clearly saw me waiting. Another employee was doing paperwork, and helped me. While I was being charged, people were in line waiting and an employee that was in the front was like "next" like I was previously waiting before and you didn't call me over. Rude service here actually, what a bummer because they have a good show range. The employees should get trained on how to properly greet customers and attend them when In line, instead of ignoring them for a bit read more
