When you first come in, your expectation is to be harassed by sales people wanting a commission; eyeballed by security; and overwhelmed with high prices on last years's styles. Well, not the case! The ambience is simple, not too noisy. The layout is extremely simple and the lighting is perfect. The selection of shoes is smaller than some of the nearby outlets but they have really interesting and good sales on some nice styles! (They do not usually have much choices in wide feet/sizes 12 & up however. There is also a decent selection of sports and outerwear and of course socks and the like align the shelves from top to bottom. Adidas; Jordan's; Nike; You name it! The sales associate there Austin was extremely helpful! No pressure at all. Thank you for going back to the stockroom 3 times for me and giving me plenty of space to relax and try several different pairs on. Bottom line; I highly recommend coming here instead of a larger, less personal warehouse-type chain where the sales are not much more available than the coupon flyer they rush to hand you! I've only been in this location three times and every time I come I'm greeted and treated the same was by all of the staff. The young men are very nice and courteous to my 3 1/2 yr old and myself. I a issue with a pair of shoes I bought him at another store (over 50 miles away) and one of the store managers helped me and was just great. So I went back and bought my son two pairs of shoes from there. This is by far my fav shoe palace location. They have the best selection of shoes especially during the summer of 2021. The staff is very helpful and attentive. I typically stop in 1- 2x a a week just to check out their selection and luke who is one of their most knowledgeable employees when it comes to jordan drops , helps me out normally. Upon entering, I was immediately addressed and asked if I needed assistance by Luqmon, who didn't call me "Bro or Boss" which is always a plus in any store in any area. I was in love with this store.. I was coming so much that the employees knew me. I was quick to spend my money here I'm a shoe head for sure. After this experience I had the day the jordan 11 "bred" came out dec 14 2019. I did not want them but me and my son went in to the store not looking for anything specific just looking and they had the shoe in the store so. I asked one of the employees can I try them. I asked for 6y 6.5y 12c 13c the guy went to grab them from the back brought them to me I told my son to sit down and he was take the shoe off. Then he stops me and say you can't try them on I'm like what the hell. I was so confused I'm like what you bring them out for if we can't try them. I'm like I would like to speak to a manager. It was to of them there so I walk up to the front and I'm like which one he point to both of them. One was on his cell phone and the other was helping someone so I walk up to the one with the cell phone call and I'm waiting patiently well he's on this personal phone call on the floor. He finally get off the phone and I asked is there any Particular reason why we can't try on the shoes. He tells me yeah because we've been having a lot of Stealing.
