My mom absolutely loved the fact that he cleaned up everything after; no piles of grungey built-up debris, papers or anything left after and surfaces wiped down thoroughly. And the magical wizardry of the plexiglass option; you can barely tell it's there. He thoroughly cleaned all the split systems, 6 of them. He also answered several of questions. He also checked the fluid level for outdoor units. We can tell the difference from the air coming out of the ACs post cleaning. It was 7th year out of the 12 year contract. Every year I have got excellent maintenance from them as part of the warranty contract. I had never have to call them for any issues of any sort in 8 years.
