Called another place up per their recommendation and told them the diagnosis... this was on Saturday and they couldn't come till Monday... when they came they gave us another diagnosis. Two days without heat and hot water... Ended up costing us $887 cash plus $200 credit card deposit... total $1,087 to have the inductor replaced. Plus the $250 cash for nothing...

All I asked them to do was read the coop letter that said fix the tub faucet leak and put in a new shower body. They did that, but they also moved the shower body and showerhead in some odd positions. All this did was spray water out onto the bathroom floor, instead of keeping it in the tub. I asked them to put the showerhead back, and they wanted to charge me more, having already charged me $2100! They should have also moved the shower body to the original position, but I was already disgusted with them, trying to gouge more money to correct their mistakes, and constantly waiting for them to show up. They also caused considerable damage to the wall (photos attached), and this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for all the moving. They should have refunded most of the money back to pay the contractor to fix the wall. I was a first time customer, but after this experience, I will not use them a second time.
