Had a small hole cut in the wall to confirm the surrounding wood & drywall didn't have mold or extensive damage, which was a huge relief. He showed us pictures as well. Hole was patched up within hours. He and Diego let us know when everything would be dry and ready for prime and paint (which we did ourselves). Victor was very professional and meticulous. He asked if I had any ceiling paint leftover. I told him I didn't, but I did have a picture of the name and bar code of the paint. Victor says, perfect, I'll pick up a gallon. He started the repair by laying out canvas drop cloths and taping plastic sheets from the ceiling to the floor. Upon completion of day 1, Victor stated that he would return in 2 days to allow the mud to dry. Victor returned 2 days later with Alex and started the day the same as day 1 (drop cloths and plastic sheets). Victor was able to match the ceiling's texture and the paint was a perfect match. They installed the cabinets that I sourced from another company (although they also manufacture their own cabinets in-house), and everything was installed to spec with the trim pieces cut perfectly to match. For the countertops, I sourced my own quartzite slabs, and F&L handled the rest. They picked up the slabs, created the templates based on my cabinets, fabricated everything, and completed the installation. The templating team also went above and beyond to make sure my expensive slabs were used as efficiently as possible with virtually nothing wasted. They took the time to help me plan the layout so the veining flowed naturally across the countertops and backsplash, which made a huge difference in the final result. As someone who had never gone through this process before, I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. A special shout-out to Fernando, who was my representative throughout the project. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my questions and design changes. I needed my bedroom painted ASAP, so I called Wilson and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He came the next morning in person to inspect the room and determine what supplies were needed for the job, and also to discuss what color I wanted the room painted. After getting supplies, he arrived again the next morning and got started. The finished product looked awesome! He patched up plenty of holes and cracks on the walls, painted the walls, and also did great work on the baseboards. Additionally, I really appreciated how on time he was.
