I had to hang up the phone because I thought he was going to have a heart attack because he was screaming so much. Happen to be I had two witnesses hear the whole conversation. The initial text message was no better. Also he upcharged for the vehicle. Do not hire this guy unless you want to have your transport at every auto auction to your final destination. The vehicle was also delivered 10 miles from original agreed upon destination so arrangements had to be made to get the vehicle off the original agreed upon destination. Absolutely would love to see this guy get out of the business and allow someone that cares about the profession have all the business.

When I finally located the vehicle, I was told I could not drive back there to obtain my belongings and had to walk more than 100 yards to get to it. This was within an hour of being discharged from the hospital. I was told I couldn't drive back "because it's the rules. And, oh, when you walk back there, don't step on the grass." Worst people I have ever interacted with. I understand policy and liability, but I do not understand stealing the vehicle and the lack of empathy.
