I wanted to provide an update since the owner's response below does not reflect what has happened…read moresince my original review. The company stated that the waterproofing work was completed and documented. However, after that response was posted, new leaks continued to appear, including leaks in areas that had never leaked before. Additional damage occurred to my home, including hardwood flooring and interior finishes. The company also stated that it does not reinstall unsafe components. Yet I personally documented damaged and broken pillars being reused, and multiple workers told me they had objected to reusing them. Most importantly, the company has since involved its insurance carrier regarding the conditions and damages at my property. Their insurance consultant inspected my home on March 18, 2026. If the work was completed properly and there were no issues related to the project, I find it difficult to understand why an insurance claim was necessary in the first place. Since then, I have been repeatedly told to wait for the insurance process. Months have passed, no meaningful testing has been performed to determine the source of the continuing leaks, no repair plan has been provided, no leaking doors have been repaired or replaced, and the missing railings and pillars remain uninstalled. The most frustrating part is that my home is still left looking like an unfinished construction site while the company points to an ongoing insurance review as the reason for delay. I do not believe a homeowner should be expected to live with continuing damage and an incomplete project indefinitely while waiting for an insurance determination. I genuinely hoped this matter would be resolved after meetings with the company's ownership and licensing representative. Unfortunately, despite promises that things would move forward, very little has actually happened. I will continue to update this review as events unfold so that potential customers can make an informed decision.

It's a 47 year old mobile home. They do that. Donovan came out and gave me an estimate that I accepted. They demolished the whole back room and half the front porch. They completed everything in eight working days. Donovan and Lee showed me what they were doing as work progressed. They kept in touch and updated the work progression, photos, and billing on a secure web site. The work they did is great! They're cool, friendly guys, too! Front start to finish, Mike Gast and Juan Navarro worked with me to translate my vision into the bright open studio I have been dreaming of... As the project manager, Mike Gast was extremely patient and accommodating, and provided lots of feedback to solve various issues. This was a large project that involved removing the garage door, retrofitting 3 sets of doors, framing and finishing for a custom look, inside and out. They even installed special thresholds so we could be assured of being able to roll equipment in and out of the space easily. After each stage of the job, the crew cleaned up the area and removed all debris. The price quoted us initially was in line with competitors, better than several, who failed to follow up with us. There was no cost-creep, and we finished at the price quoted us. Progress and payment was tracked on their online job project site, which was an added benefit and inspired confidence. We ultimately decided to limit the project to repairing our shower pan leak. At that point, Nathan informed that the company could no longer do business with us. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that the focus was more on maximizing the project value than on addressing our actual needs as customers. Of the many options they had the best ideas and the qualified workmen. Mike Garst considered the project from every angle, brought in members of his team on 3 occasions to suggest approaches. When they opened the dry wall we found the supports were rotted & had to be replaced. They built a roof support, replaced damaged wood, added cement inside the walls higher than outside level to prevent leaks, then filled a beautiful solid cement floor and repaired the drywall. Better than good as new, this room boasts a superior foundation that gives me confidence. Every member of Mike's team is punctual, profesional, knowledgeable and courteous. When work was done, Mike came and, on his own account, adjusted the sticky sliding door so it moves smoothly. Mike's boss, Brian, also came several times to look over the project.
