His work speed is very fast and the quality of the wood he brought was overall great high quality, not perfect, but great. After completion my neighbor and I did point out a couple things we either wanted changed or fixed. Humberto stayed a few more hours to make those changes. The fence is fantastic and Humberto did a great job at a fair price. If you have any specific design needs, it's best to have it typed out with photos in messenger, and also review in person when the work starts. My neighbor and I went through 5 different contractor bids, and it's best to review carefully if you expect something specific such as "visible concrete vs hidden concrete", "panels touching ground vs not", "pressure treated vs cedar", "distance between posts", "amount of gap between panels", etc. Humberto Mora is Highly recommended!

The pricing was very reasonable for the scope of work, and overall we are very happy with the results. The bathroom renovation turned out beautifully. The team replaced the flooring and walls, installed a new bathtub, toilet, and vanity/sink, and also updated the electrical and plumbing. Alex did an excellent job managing these aspects of the renovation. One of our goals was to maximize the bathroom space, and the team successfully repositioned the bathtub to create a more functional layout. Aaron, the site manager, was patient, professional, and attentive throughout the project. He took the time to listen to our requests, communicated clearly, and made sure the finished work aligned with our expectations. His positive attitude and sense of humor also made the process much easier and more enjoyable. We also had vinyl wood flooring installed throughout the home. Nick handled the flooring work, including removing the old carpet and installing the molding, and the finished floors look great. Since our home is older, there were a few challenges with the molding installation, but the team worked with us to find solutions that looked best for the space.
