They have you use a QR code to place orders, but it is an extremely frustrated process. If one person places an order, it freezes everyone else's ordering process at your table. They need to just switch to ordering with a human. One of the employees was dressed so distasteful I couldn't believe it. She was wearing a crop top that said 'Chula' that exposed her entire back every time she bent over with a mini skirt. (Remember, this is Mother's Day.) After my sister ordered her very over priced (and not good) popcorn chicken that took forever, she asked the employee for sauce, to which her response was, 'Later'. After ordering and waiting a long time for over fried (and again overpriced) avocado, I realized I never received my iced tea. I informed the same employee whose immediate response was, 'It's being worked on.' Over 20 minutes for iced tea? Isn't that the main beverage of the tea house? After waiting another 10 minutes without receiving the iced tea I had to go to the kitchen to receive it. I was disappointed I was not offered a second tea as an apology. This place is absolutely embarrassing. Please go anywhere else.
