Came back to try their bubble milk tea. I have to say it was a solid milk tea and the boba was warm, sweet, and chewy. For over $8 a drink, youre paying for made to order drinks and quality. I have yet to order something I don't like, but I dont think that will happen. Definitely a great choice for tea and boba!

Been here a few times now and the teas are always solid. Sometimes the line here gets really long when I've been here on the weekend, but this last time was reasonable when I came in during lunchtime on a weekday. I like how easy it is to choose your tea options and added toppings. The taro balls are my favorite topping and they are seasonal. I feel like the drinks could be a little bigger, but overall, this is a great place to grab a drink. There is very limited seating inside, so this is more of a to-go option.

They do not let you customize your drink and add toppings like boba into creamy lemon tart drink... please change this

I got the bubble milk tea and was very impressed with the quality. There was a very strong tea flavor and the boba was warm and perfectly soft, not too chewy. Would definitely come back to try other drinks.

My first time having Chi Cha and I was so surprised with how much I liked it. I'm always a sipper, but I chugged my drink in a few minutes. Their boba is so fresh, chewy, and cooked to perfection. Upon entering the store, you get the aroma of tea and boba. There was only two tables indoors, you can order at the kiosk. ig: @cravingswithcat

The tea is exquisite, and the service is on par. The waiter is very knowledgeable about the different tea types, and shows us the individual tea's scent as he explains. My order: High Mountain Pouchong Tea + Organic Milk + Bubble (light sugar, hot): After setting the drink aside for a while, the tea's sweet, refreshing fragrance sinks into the drink. It was light sugar, but the sweetness of the tea/milk made the drink sweeter than expected. Dong Ding Oolong tea + Organic milk + Bubble (light sugar, less ice): Heavy smokey aroma with a light bitterness from the tea. The inside is spacious with very limited seating (2 tables, 4 chairs). The drink is great, the price is on the higher end for the cup size.

Among the availability of amazing boba shops that have served the 626 area for so long, it's hard to still create novel beverages, but this Taiwan chain is welcome to be doing just that! All over the shop they have multiple accolades praising their various teas. From my understanding they use a kind of "teapresso" setup to create a strong, yet smooth tea that makes its presence known in any drink you order. I also love the customizability of the drinks, from different toppings and the different teas that they brew. Their tapioca is cooked perfectly, just the right amount of chew and a little sweet. They also have samples sometimes which is great. A little on the pricier side I will say, but every once in a while a nice treat to have.

Was told this was a tea place I need to try. Usually, I down all my teas because it's so sweet and refreshing, but the tea here? You want to enjoy and savor it. I ordered the creamy mango tart and it was so delicious, you can really taste the quality of tea. It's sweet with mango, the tea was earthy, and was the perfect creaminess without being overly sweetened. Packaging is also nice, along with the ordering system and just watching them make the tea. You can tell they are well trained and precise, and that every cup was made to perfection. The price tag was a little more pricey especially without any toppings, but worth the try.

CHICHA San Chen in Rowland Heights is next-level when it comes to premium Taiwanese tea. Known for their fresh, loose-leaf teas steeped to order, every cup is rich, fragrant, and beautifully crafted. The menu is diverse with creative options and unique toppings, plus customizable sugar and ice levels, perfect for true tea lovers. I ordered the Green Tea / 松針綠茶 with its rich jasmine aroma and sweet, refreshing finish and wow... this is high-premium tea on another level.

Overall, you can definitely taste the quality of the oolong tea and the teas taste amazing. I ordered the grape oolong and it was pretty good. I would get light sweetness though. Service, personally, is the best it can be with how busy they can get, especially on the weekends. We literally had to wait up to 1 hr for our drinks. I don't think it's really worth more than a 15 min wait. I wish they had more seating inside but it looks more like a togo spot. Its still one of the better boba places around, but definitely come here off peak times.

We were in town for the weekend and came here to finally try this out. The inside was small and everybody was just crowding the area near the counter to pick up your drinks. The line was long but it was moving fairly quick so it wasn't bad unlike when this was in the Bay Area and people were waiting like 5 hours (maybe not). The menu had a lot of options to choose from. We ordered the Green Tea with Organic Milk and boba, Black Tea with Organic Milk and boba, and Green Tea with Mousse. All of the drinks were good and definitely had that tea flavor. I'm not sure if it's for everybody but it was good to me. The amount of tea for each cup was good enough for one person. I would recommend any of the drinks we had. Good drinks here and I would come back if I was in the area.

Easily one of my favorite places for good quality tea and milk teas. Been coming since they opened in Rowland after going for years to their San Gabriel location Parking can be difficult in the plaza, and it can be very busy depending on when you come. Just a heads up, expect to wait a bit for your drink as they make everything to order. Everything is fresh, high quality teas, and it smells great even while you're waiting in the store. Personal favorite is the dong ding tea and dong ding tea with fresh milk. I like the perfect amount of sweetness and light ice and just as it sounds, it's perfect. Not too sweet, and just the right amount to get the tea flavor and not sugary or watered down. Even the "latte", it's not overly milky and tea comes through. Their rotating series are usually pretty good as well. We like the peach series I do miss the taro series though, hoping it comes back soon as it's usually one of my favorites For toppings, their boba is good, right amount of chewiness, but only get it if you plan to drink right away. I also like their konjac, I miss their unique sakura konjac. This is our go to location when we want quality tea and we'll keep coming back! Oh and they just started a rewards program so we'll be taking advantage of that

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the aroma of tea and a bright, clean interior. I ordered online this time, which saved me a lot of waiting. They mention that their tea is always freshly brewed, and you can really tell--it tastes much more natural and less artificial than other places. This is definitely my favorite tea spot right now!

Nothing really special. Definitely not worth the price. The tea is really watered down, comparable to cha for tea. The boba is good though.

It offers a generous portion of tender, juicy meat and springy, fresh noodles. "DELICIOUS!!" I arrived at No. 1 Noodle House (Rowland Heights) on Sunday (around 11AM). Parking is easy. The lot is big with many spots. Staff is very friendly and welcoming, but Staff spoke limited English. Fortunately, pointing at the menu was clear enough. The food took eight minutes and nine seconds. Fast time! As mentioned, the Beef Rib Noodle Soup ($16.50 - Mild) is wonderful! It arrived picturesque and delicious!! However, despite ordering "mild," the food has a very strong heat; I sweat nonstop as I ate. The broth is rich, savory, and spicy. The meat is tender, flavorful, and falls off the bone. And the noodles are hefty, soft, and springy. It's a wonderful, euphoric combination of flavors and textures. Concerning ambiance, No. 1 Noodle House (Rowland Heights) is surprisingly spacious with its tall ceiling and relatively clean surroundings. However, its walls and furniture look worn down with time. Some seats even had torn holes. Unfortunately, the music uses radio with constant commercials playing in the background. Fortunately, there's a gender neutral restroom in the back. What in Buddha's name have I stumbled into?!…read more This place is a fantastic hole-in-the-wall! I actually passed it once, even though there were chairs and tables right outside because I couldn't see the name of the place! Anyway, I came here with my girlfriend around 11:30-ish on Saturday. It was somewhat full with one last table that we took. We ordered: - Beef wrapped green onion pancake roll - steamed fish and leek dumplings - panfriend lamb and cabbage dumplings - Beef noodle soup with hand-cut noodles. The steamed fish dumplings came out first and it was so good, we almost finished it all before reminding ourselves that we need to save stomach space for the other stuff! I dipped it into a small mixture of their black vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil, but you could simply eat these without the sauce! The beef rolls were also good. Personally, I think I'd like the pancake wrap part cooked just a little bit more to make it flaky. It was softer and slightly stretchy, like how warmed tortillas are, but overall it was well-balanced with the amount of meat, cilantro/onions, and the sauce (which I assume is basically hoisin sauce). The beef noodle soup! Okay look: if you're into Taiwanese beef noodle soup like over at Rock Star Noodle or Taipei OG... Or some of you may remember Bull Demon King Cafe in Diamond Bar (this is to give some reference), this is by far the cleanest broth I've tasted. No, not literally clean. Just that it's not fatty, doesn't leave you feeling like you're going to go into food coma, and the flavor is not overpowering that it leaves a lingering after-taste you try to wash off later. This broth is GOOD. The hand-cut style noodles are nice, big, and chewy! In a good way! The beef though... They remind me of sliced brisket, and I personally prefer tendon and beef chunks but these do fine. And of course, there's bok choy - a decent amount too for some good tasty fiber. In all honestly, I want to go back and order more of this right now! And finally came the lamb and caggabe pan-fried dumplings. Lightning zaps and pizazz! This one was interesting. There's a bit of gaminess (just a hint) that reminds you how many skewer places try to drown it out with spices. I don't know if these are frozen or homemade (could be both) but they come out nicely tasty. There's just a hint of gaminess to remind you the meat ain't commercial beef/pork/chicken, but it's not overpowering that it tastes disgusting at all.
