If you mentioned the fact of the deposit being nonrefundable, it was stated very quietly and in the midst of all the information that was given to me, it was not heard. Yes, it is in writing in the 2 emails sent AFTER you charged my credit card. The appointment was cancelled within hours of reading the email that said "nonrefundable" but a MONTH prior to the actual appointment, thinking that surely when giving a MONTH's notice, there would not be a problem. I went to Dr. Collier and she loaded me up on supplements and I got terribly sick. She kept telling me it was because I was so toxic that I was having HERXing symptoms. She just kept giving more supplements and I was so sick that I kept telling her I felt like I was slowly dying. I stuck in there because I wanted to be well of all my symptoms once and for all. But after a month an a half (of being in bed and on the coach) I stopped seeing her. I just couldn't take it any longer. It was the worse mistake in my life. It took months before my stomach stopped hurting every time I ate, (that is just one of the symptoms). I had never had stomach pain after eating until I saw her. Now it has been two years and I'm still in worse shape than before I saw her. I had only been getting a reaction once in a blue moon before seeing her. She has screwed up my digestive tract so bad that I can't do anything any more. I'm trying to find someone that can fix what she has damaged. I was told from one doctor that they believe the probiotics she gave me was the wrong strains and to strong that it killed too much of my good bacteria. I have been living in Hell for 2 years now after seeing her. She might know about other things to treat, but she did not listen to me when I kept telling her that I was crying and felt like I was slowly dyeing. She should have known something wasn't right. People on the internet was saying it takes a while to go through HERXing. But I finally found a doctor online that said it shouldn't be no more than 7 days at the most.
