I had bicycle accident and everything changed. A month after the accident I noticed my weight was going up but I was still working out, drinking my water and eating right so there was no reason to be gaining weight but I was. I went to several doctors all of which told me that they had a "really good diet programs"! Frustrated and having gain 70lbs I decided to go to a naturopath to see if he could help which he did, he told me my adrenals, thyroid and metabolism were way out of whack and tried a lot of different things on me such as clay packs, liquid diets, extreme eating (either large or small amounts) and ran a multitude of tests, and had me taking 52 pills a day! I felt better but I couldn't lose the weight but fortunately I quit gaining. I my job moved me to another state, it was there that learned about a product that would take the place of the 52 pills and all I had to do was drink a shake, I was sold!
