We live very close to this park and use it often to get our little girl out for some excercise…read more This review is for the playground area only and until she get old enough to use other parts of the park including the fields, this will still be a favorite for us due to its proximity to home and the cleanliness of the facilities. We come at least once a week to play with other kids her age and she always has a great time. Seems to be a family park with so many toddlers running about. The jungle gyms are separated by age category and the swings all are in good working order. A rubber floor mat ensures that the children won't hurt themselves during the inevitable falls they encounter. The much larger section of the park contains the playing fields for soccer and field hockey- when we grow a little more, we will update our review to tell you about the meticulous fields we see on the other side of the fence.... Can't wait for a night game or two under the lights.

Breezy Park is a major recreational sports facility built on the site of the former Mohlenhoff…read moreNursery which sold natural pest controllers like ladybugs and mantis egg cases. The park includes two synthetic athletic fields, a practice area, and a playground for little ones and a nice parking lot. It's a great open area for kids to get all their boisterous energy out and adults too. It conveniently connects to Froehlich preserve as well. There's an interesting statue put there in memory of a Lloyd Harbor girl killed by a drunk driver in Texas in 2005. She was 13 years old and had been active in the Cold Spring Harbor Soccer Club. The Mohlenhoff Nursery property was slated to become a bus depot and repair yard for the South Huntington School District but thanks to dedicated and caring residents and a tireless effort by the Cold Spring Harbor Soccer Club, they got the land through its Open Space Preservation Program. I'm not sure how it all unfolded exactly but it's a nice park and a good union with the Froehlich preserve. Hopefully neither will ever be destroyed.

Excellent place for toddlers! Came here on a weekday around 4pm and left at 6:45pm with an hour…read morelunch break at the food court and Go Playland wasn't too crowded. I would have stayed longer but I had errands to run. Paid around $22 and change (tax included) for the day. Price is per child with one adult. Any additional adult is $5. They accept credit cards. Not sure about cash. If you're leaving but plan on coming back the same day, let them know so they can put a bracelet on you. The place is very clean and there's a lot of things for a toddler to do. I saw kids up to maybe 5-6 years old that seemed to be having a good time. I was actually pretty surprised at the size of the place and expected it to be smaller. There's slides (1 spiral and 4 straight ones), a ball pit, a trampoline and tricycles to name a few. The tricycles are for slightly bigger kids though. I have an almost 3 year old and he could barely reach the pedals but was still content with me pushing him around on the "track". You put your shoes in the cubby holes before entering (make sure to wear socks!) and there are small tables and chairs inside the area that you can put your jackets/bags on. You can also eat in this area. Just no food and drinks in the actual play area. There is also bathroom/changing facilities in the back (not sure how many or the condition they're in as I didn't utilize it during this visit - will update this when I visit again). I saw a little refrigerator at the front with drinks and snacks on the shelves I'm assuming for purchase but I didn't purchase anything. Overall, I would highly recommend coming here if you have a toddler! Great all day price, very clean and can come and go as you please without paying more for the day. Plenty of parking because it's the mall parking lot.
