Unfortunately, after installing the part, we discovered that it did not resolve the problem and was not the underlying issue. As a result, we incurred $120 in diagnostic fees and $150 for an unnecessary part. Due to the time lost and difficulty obtaining the correct part elsewhere, we ultimately had to purchase a new washer. We subsequently contacted the company to request a refund of the diagnostic fee, given that the diagnosis proved to be incorrect.
