The store is lowkey awful in terms of service, inventory, price, and neatness... and the pharmacy is okay at best. I mainly come here because of the ATM. Photo center works only half the time, and pharmacist is standoffish, there is a tech who is actually really sweet and always tries to help customers out even though I know the job can be super fast paced and frustrating and highly overstimulating so I always appreciate her customer service. Everything else however, is rubbish. Not to mention the pharmacy was robbed a few months ago and the drive through was closed for what seemed like over a month! While the hours may be slightly limited, they make up for it in customer service. They are always helpful when I come to pick up prescriptions or have questions. I especially love the text message and phone alerts for new prescriptions and refill reminders. read more

I have had nothing but negative experiences with their pharmacy and it's frustrating. Considering calling corporate because dealing with hospitalizations and medications should not be this hard. This is the second time I've been inconvenienced while spending money on what I need to heal. Basic customer service goes a long way. Please do better. read more

This message is directed to the management of Walgreens at high levels, not to the managers of this store, for the second time I am writing regarding the mistreatment by the pharmacy staff of this store because even though I am a disabled person, this staff with their attitudes Rude people give a bad taste to anyone who visits this pharmacy, especially the work group that is here today, February 16, from 3 pm onwards, and I am referring to the women in particular, and today there were three of them. They are bilingual and one is not, but every time I visit this pharmacy, as they know that they were reported by me to the management, they use mockery and mistreatment of me to get even and this will bring legal consequences for the Walgreens pharmacy as well as personal ones and for this reason I half ask that they be transferred or moved from their positions since if they do not know how to treat patients well they cannot be there working because the work is done with love or it is not done at all. read more

Apparently, they can change their pharmacy hours at a whim to everyone else's inconvenience. My wife went 3 times on different dates to get her second COVID shot and they were closed (although their hours stated they should have been open) with no prior notice. We both work so we've really been trying. On the 4th try, she was told that now they are doing appointments and she could not be seen without one. She is approaching the window at which she would have to start the whole process again. Also, I would not recommend having any medications sent to this pharmacy especially if your medications are in any way urgently needed. Chances are that if you work throughout the day, they will be closed when you arrive to pick them up. read more

Walgreens has shown me for the entire month of July your Pharmacy staff is completely and totally incompetent with no regard to patients. I have dropped of 2 different prescriptions at 2 different times. Both are controlled substances for my son with Autism and BOTH times I was told that it would be ordered and in on a certain day. One NEVER came and I had to refill at another store and this last one I was once again lied to stating it had been ordered and would arrive on 8.1.17. The order was never placed until 2 days later on 8.1.17. THANK GOD MY LIFE DIDN'T DEPEND ON YOU ALL TO PROVIDE. THANK YOU FOR THE WORST CUSTOMER AND PATIENT SERVICE EVER. could have give store no stars I would. Extremely unprofessional the pharmacist. EXTREMELY Poor customer service. Being in the business myself I'm appalled with Walgreens store #07337 needs to shut down immediately before a lawsuit. I'm from Maryland picking up pain meds for son after his surgery only to hear the lack of empathy instead I get " we go to lunch from 1-2 pm. Mind you I arrived at pharmacy at 12pm. Male pharmacist lacked leadership, empathy, and compassion for customers. Sad to report but necessary! read more

The pharmacists are drooling idiots. I called Walgreen corporate and told them that. As an example, I got the recorded call that my prescription was ready. When I got to the store, the RPh looked in the computer and told me I had no refill left. Despite my attempted explanations, he would not look on the shelf, where my prescription was waiting. This happened not once, but at least three times. I finally transferred my prescriptions to Wal-Mart. read more

One of the worst pharmacy's ever!!! Very incompetent staff! Never has my medication ready in time and I can't go without it. My doctors office always has to resend my prescription several times because they always claim they haven't received it. Needed a prescription prior to a medical procedure I was having, first they kept claiming they never received it, then said it was out of stock but was ordering more and then said it wouldn't be back in stock until after I was scheduled for my procedure. Which beats the whole purpose. If you really need your medication I suggest you don't go here. Peoples medication is not something you play around with or take lightly. The service here is so bad they should just seriously close up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! read more

Called to check if my prescription is ready because I needed my medication immediately and they said they never got anything from my doctor. I was calling back and forth between my doctor and the pharmacy constantly to find out that Walgreens never checked their voicemail and hence the delay of my medication. With all my extra effort playing phone tag with these professionals, they never apologized or felt they did anything wrong. Customer service definitely needs reshaping, if they want to keep customers. read more

I've been going to this Walgreens for 10 years & have seen a lot of cashiers come & go. Debbie who has been there for a few years is the worst cashier I have ever dealt with there. You can honestly tell that she hates her job. She is always unpleasant & rude. Her customer service skills really needs work. I stopped by today to buy some halloween candy & she was so rude, so unhelpful & made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by checking the prices of the halloween candy. Like really tho? Last I checked that was your job. I am surprised that Walgreens has someone like her representing their establishment. If you hate your job get a new one. Don't take it out on a paying customer who is helping to put money in your bank account. read more

The Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! I have never gone to a pharmacy and be treated as if I am bothering you to get a simple prescription. Let them know I had new insurance gave them my card they wanted a prescription card which I had no received from my insurance company when I explained that the looked as if was a problem and to think trying to call my insurance to get the information was like trying to get blood out of a turnip. They keep being rude started laughing talking amongst themselves about me as the customer as if doing there job was and issue. Needless to say I just went ahead and out right paid for my script without insurance. Called them back the next day with the information to have put into the system and once again the employee was extremely rude I had to keep repeating everything over and over which I speak very articulate and clear shes starts laughing as I had once again spoke out every letter of my group number so she could understand she then proceeds to say to her co workers "this chick thinks I'm dumb" at that point I had it and told them you know what never mind I will go to another Walgreen's and like I stated in the beginning of this review she didn't because I was bothering her. At the end of the day she clearly wasn't listening or understanding what I was saying so I had to break it down for her to clearly hear it properly. We as patients or customers go to get our prescription's from them some people don't feel well and are in pain have a little or a lot of bedside manners you are apart of the healthcare field which is something I work in myself. If you don't want to work then DONT there are plenty of people who do and your holding a position that could be someone else's.. Not once did they feel they were wrong in anyway or apologized let alone worried that they are loosing a customer. Its extremely sad that this particular Walgreens also by these reviews all are saying the same thing something needs to change. read more
