It is now 5pm and I am still waiting to see the doctor only to discuss results... Then the front desk looks at ME weirdly and tells me it's first come first serve. I was given a bell in case of discomfort while I was on the table alone. It don't work. They didn't hear the bell. I told her I would not be coming. She asked if I would like to reschedule and I said "No, I am done." She said all right and that was it. It was what I wanted, but do you know how many phone calls I received to ask if I had truly left the program, or why I had left? 0 That's zero. They took a receptionist's word that a 6 month member had quit their program. They didnt call to ask why I quit or what was wrong or what they could do to improve the program. But then, my quitting s what they wanted. I was a VA referral and they expressed to me several times that they did not like dealing with VA. They kept giving me goals that I met, yet after 6 months I never even got to talk to the physicians to learn the real deal on what the surgery would indicate. I guess they anticipated i would quit, or they would get me to quit, before they wasted the doctor's time. I have lost 43 pounds without them and I would never go back here for help.
