I chose several patterns and she helped me select fabric for each in the count that I needed then she cut the fabric to size and STITCHED THE EDGES SO IT WOULD NOT FRAY!!!!!! What a life saver!!! The inserts do work if they give you the right size. You might have to go back and get different sizes though depending on the skill of the person who sells them to you.
