Everything. Staff great, yummy lemon blueberry cookies, amazing breakfast buffet. Room clean, nice view. Pricey but loved it.

That yogurt was DELICIOUS...highly recommend. The bagel and toast station was across from this.

This stay was a bit tricky for two reasons: 1) I've never had to put up with SO MANY slamming doors during a hotel stay and 2) the morning after arrival (w/ only 4 hours of sleep) the fire alarm went off and I had to schlep down 12 flights of stairs! Aaarrgh! Having said that, this Hyatt wasn't too bad at all. Pretty clean and the staff was very helpful. It is walking distance to the Boca Raton Brightline and there's tons of dining, drinking, and shopping available nearby. Also, this Hyatt had possibly THE BEST BREAKFAST I have ever seen in a hotel (included with your stay) and the crew in charge take pride in keeping items stocked and the eating area clean (TYVM!) I didn't visit the pool or gym during my stay but they appeared standard enough. The bar area looked nice and you need your room key to even enter the hotel (first time I have ever seen that). Would I stay again? For the breakfast, yes. But I would request a room (far) away from too many other patrons.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt of Boca Raton for both the location and the hotel itself. The room was spacious and clean and included a small sitting area. The breakfast that was included was satisfying. I was glad that they had a variety of teas, good coffee, and fresh fruit. The other options were typical breakfast foods, such as scrambled eggs, pork sausage, biscuits and gravy and hash browns. The hotel itself has a beautiful, outdoor, rooftop pool. You can gather a good number of people on the pool deck. There were many nearby restaurants and bars in a walkable distance. I appreciated that I was able to bar hop for the entire evening/ night without having to rely on public transportation or use my own car.

The view of the room for room#934 ,not bad very comfy.

Stayed here for a conference so I made it a staycation as well, since I live in Weston. The hotel was clean and for members they had breakfast which was good even though it's the usual breakfast you get at other hotels like this . They have a pool on the 7th floor that is very nice and over looks the city a little and on the 11th floor there is a patio to lounge around and more views of the city . Downstairs there is an Italian restaurant attached called Louie Bossi's and it is very good . Mizner park is close by as well and has more shops and restaurants too. The Hotel Room - #934 * We had 2 queen beds and there was a sofa bed as well . * The bathroom was clean and updated and has a glass shower which was nice Cons - * the AC goes down to 65° only and has a motion sensor making it hot at night in this summer heat and if you like cold when you sleep like me that sux . * water stain on the wall * broken piece of wood by bed ( cut my foot) * housekeeping making noise and talking loud early in the morning while we are trying to sleep and staycation .Besides that the housekeepers are very nice and pleasant.

Rooms are not clean. The first room they assigned for check-in, the couch cushions were all over turned & it looked like someone had been in the room. The next room we got had stains on the floor like someone had peed on it. Definitely unexpected considering the downtown boca location. The breakfast was low quality--eggs tasted like fake eggs.

Only stayed here for two nights and I loved it. From the location to the staff, this is definitely my go-to hotel when I visit Boca Raton next time. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the views were great. We ended up getting our breakfast complimentary, it's nothing special but I really liked it. The bed and rooms were very comfortable and modern looking. Definitely coming back!

However, we had arranged caterings to bring the food in, and we brought wines and cocktails which their staff helped serving them. So basically it is what it is, a very simple empty space which you can make what you can make of it. I am not sure the management provided the backgrounds and curtains as they looked simple but nice. The IT staff brought in the screen for presentations and the loud speakers for music and announcements. As the meeting getting to the end, I felt it went smoothly and thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I thought was parking could be a challenge. If you plan to have a large group of people attending a event here, there will not be enough parking spaces in front of the building. Your guests may have to park out in the back and walk around the building to get in.

Beautiful and clean room. Stunning pool with amazing warm water. Next time in 2026 our room unfortunately was smelling too much of chemicals and the carpet was a bit wet. We arrived very late with lots of luggage, and were too tired to change the room. Our mistake.. because the next morning our son had bad allergies - stuffy nose, teary eyes and constant sneezing and coughing. Thankfully we only stayed there one night and by the end of next day his allergies were gone. So lesson learned - do not stay in the room that smells odd (my son said room smells like urine. Not sure, maybe thats why the carpet was wet as they tried washing it right before). However, the front desk was very understanding and sent someone to inspect the room and place a fan in the room when we were gone. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, with precautions, of course.

I had to look on the website to figure out about the Executive Lounge, and call to find out specifically where it is at. The Executive Lounge, had the traditional breakfast offering. What did turn me completely off was when I went over to the ham that was rolled, I could see a green item on it. To me, this green item I saw was mold.
