Excellent service. The breakfast here was very inexpensive but sooooo dam good.. bacon egg and cheese was so good. The pancakes were the best i have had. They have a nice pool with drink service / pool bar. Overall awesome experience I will definitely recommend this place.

I came here for a charity event that was held in a private room at the hotel. I did not stay in the hotel. Loved the lobby area, cool bar, pool table, etc..

I came here for a function (to raise money for a non profit) so I am only reviewing what I saw. They had a room off the front lobby. Everyone who worked there was very helpful. The bar (WXYZ Lounge) area looked semi busy and has a cool vibe. I like that it is off the main strip so parking is not an issue. I do know there is a pool (2nd floor), snack bar downstairs, parking is not expensive for overnight ($18), 1 block off the main downtown area and close to the beaches. Give it at try.

Not a great impression got to the room and it was steaming hot apparently they keep them off until there is movement in the room which is a terrible idea for South Florida since it is incredibly hot and humid! The ac units are old and outdated as well I dont recommend this hell to anyone funny they keep the halls their workspace, pretty cool but your room will be a boiling pot

This is now my go to hotel when I visit my family in Delray. It's a great addition to the new revitalized downtown. Room is modern, spacious and clean. Staff are always helpful. I forgot to take pictures. Will update this review another time. The location is ideal: close to the beach. Walking distance to Atlantic Avenue which has many restaurants, bars etc. The Delray Beach Market, a food hall, is also walking distance. Can't go wrong with the location. If you are a Bonvoy member, it's a plus, as it's in the Marriott family. Enjoy your stay!

Creepy! I usually love ALoft but not this one. The halls ate goth with stains on the carpets. People in lobby just hanging out looking for a pickup. Asked for towels at 6;;30 and got a knock at the door at 11;40 after asleep with our privacy light on to deliver the towels. Mixed use with apartment owners wandering the floor racing the ice machine. The room designer was not on their game when the designed the rooms. Courtyard by Marriott is the same price, same location and MUCH better choice. Aloft feels like it was Great if your newly divorced and want a place to hang.

Our stay was awesome and I will definitely come back to stay at this location. It is conveniently located close to Downtown Delray Beach where all the restaurants are located. We didn't get to visit the beach this time around, but it's okay. I love the look of the rooms as it's "Art Deco" style. Our room was located on the third floor and we had the view of the pool area. We were checked in by Alison and she was very pleasant and friendly. We were informed that housekeeping would only be provided on 4 or more days stay. We were there for less, but we were okay with not having that service. Alison did inform us that if we needed anything extra such as towels, etc that we can contact the front desk. The room was very clean and nicely setup. Love the fact that the room came with a steamer for our clothes as well as a refrigerator. The refrigerator was a fancy looking one at that, lol. I need to get one of them. The tv was a great size and was mounted on the wall. Our entire stay was great! Will definitely be coming back.

LOVE this gorgeous modern brand new hotel right in the heart of DelRay Beach! I am so excited this is in my backyard! The WXYZ lounge in this hotel is stunning!! I live for a gorgeous cocktail bar with good music and vibes. This place is super sexy great for a few drinks before dinner on the ave with friends or a date. The icing on the cake here is Dean the infamous mixologist who takes great pride in his job. He will create you any drink you want and serve it with a smile and style! Thank you to the beverage manager for hooking us up with a VIP card for discounts on all our drinks. She is incredibly sweet and definitely has great intentions for this gorgeous bar! I can't wait to come back when they have a DJ! This will become my new cocktails spot and I can't wait to show my friends!

The bed was very comfortable. It had a little sitting area with a table. I will say that I encountered a few hiccups when I arrived. They were fixed pretty quickly. I didn't report the AC, but it would get very humid in the room. I didn't feel like it was working properly. The room was equipped with a Keurig and a fridge. The Keurig had k cups of coffee, decaf coffee, and tea. You do get bottled water in the room. It is replenished daily. Bathroom: I liked that the sink was outside of the bathroom. The Bathroom was separated by a door. The Bathroom was also spacious and clean. The towels were nice and thick. I love the bathrobes that they provided. The toiletries smelled great. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bar soap. They also had a little box with cotton swabs and a nail file. The water pressure was great and there was always hot water available. I noticed that they did not have an iron in the room, but I called and they brought it up within a few minutes. They also offered to bring in a microwave. I thought that was super nice. Balcony: the room did have a small balcony with two chairs and a table. It had a partial view of the ocean, but my room was mostly view of the parking lot. The blackout curtains worked great. Pool: the pool was amazing. There was always plenty of lounge chairs. They do stick with the rule of no holding chairs. They also have a covered area with tables and chairs where you can just hang out. They provide towels and water. I also noticed they had some block available for you for free. The attendant walked around, making sure that everyone had what they needed and there was also a waitress that could take your order. Cookies and fruit on were available on each floor daily. Bagged ice was available as well. Gym: it was clean with plenty of machines to include treadmills and weights. They also have free weights available for use. The gym was big. They had towels and water available for use. I like that you had to use your room key to get in, so I felt a little safer exercising at five in the morning. Restaurants: the property has a few areas where you can eat. They have two bars. The rooftop bar is pretty nice. I had a drink, but no food on the property. They do have happy hour specials. You could also order room service or order pick up from one of the restaurants. The hotel is right across the street from the beach. It is also walking distance to all the stores on the main street. There's a few restaurants right out on the street or you can walk 10 to 15 minutes to the major area with restaurants and stores. If you're staying longer and want to get some snacks or groceries, there is a Trader Joe's less than 10 minutes away via a car. Check out was fast and easy. They were able to hold my luggage.

You asl o had a semi wall and a couch and sofa that opened into a bed on the other side along with a TV as well. Everyone was able to spread out and relax when needed. On the rooftop was the pool with a bar and you could order food. Adam, the bartender, was super kind and personable too. He made sure that everyone stayed hydrated. He even made my teen a custom fruity drink with some cherries in it. The pool offered lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool was cool and refreshing. You can see the Atlantic Ocean from the pool too so it is great for photos. The lobby has a restaurant and has basic breakfast and dinner items. Nothing worth bragging about. I got so much more than I expected from that decision! I prefer boutique/villas like this over chain hotels in smaller towns and absolutely got the relaxing, low key, "no worries" vibe as they have on the gate of the entrance. Just steps away from the downtown strip of Delray Beach, you can easily access the restaurants and shopping if you choose, but you can also get lost in the serenity of their lush tropical courtyard and pool areas, or even the private patio of your own room! I felt like I was in my own little world while there- it was a perfect contrast after driving into Miami! The room was well appointed with comfy furniture, plenty of space without being overwhelming, everything I'd need in the kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom. All had nice updates and thoughtful touches. The snacks and chilled beverages available for purchase, as well as variety of coffee, tea, water, etc that were complimentary was perfect. There was plenty of information about local services and attractions without being gimmicky or touristy as many places where I'm from in Orlando can be. They even provided a sheet with events specific to the timing of my stay, which was a nice touch. The staff was amazing-- so kind and helpful! I asked how it would work if I got in late after the concert since the lobby closes at 9. We were able to do an earlier check in to get the key code and information, parking pass, handle credit card for incidentals, etc on my drive down so I had nothing to worry about when I arrived later. I was able to park and access my room after the concert with ease. I did also appreciate that even though I was staying there alone after dropping my friend off with family nearer to Miami, I felt completely safe as a solo female traveler. There was lighted parking, a code on the gate to enter the property, and a key code for my door to my room. I enjoyed some time at the pool and walking the block to the beach for sunrise during my stay as well! I appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone traveling through the area!

My experience at Crane's Beach House Boutique Hotel & Luxury Villas was one of the most…read moreinhospitable & poorly managed hotel experiences I have ever had. Before arrival, I was never informed that my room would be located on the second floor with stair-only access & no elevator assistance. Traveling with a service animal while displaced due to active home renovations, repeatedly carrying luggage up and down steep stairs alone was physically exhausting. Accessibility limitations should be disclosed upfront. Despite displaying a clearly visible "Do Not Disturb" sign, housekeeping disturbed &/or attempted to enter my room at approximately 9:00AM on multiple occasions. Being repeatedly awakened after specifically requesting privacy is unacceptable, especially for a property marketing itself as boutique luxury. The most concerning part of my stay was the treatment I received from the front desk employee, Ryan. Nearly every interaction felt hostile, combative, & entirely lacking in professionalism or hospitality. After initially booking one night, I extended my stay due to delays with my home renovations. Immediately after booking, I received a phone call aggressively informing me that I still had to check out at noon & could not check back in until 4:00PM. This occurred multiple times throughout my stay despite online inventory consistently showing available rooms of the SAME ROOM TYPE the night before & during the day I rebooked. There appeared to be no legitimate operational reason to repeatedly force a paying guest to vacate for hours while managing luggage, stairs, & a service animal. The repeated forced check-outs & room changes felt unnecessarily rigid & punitive. At one point I genuinely felt less like a guest & more like they were doing me a favor. I normally don't pay to stay somewhere that feels like a prison. The handling of my service animal was equally inappropriate. During one of the early morning housekeeping disturbances, my service dog barked after being startled awake. Within approximately 30 seconds, I received a phone call demanding that I "register my dog." I explained that it was a service animal, which I had already disclosed during check-in. Instead of acknowledging that, I was interrupted and asked, "You mean an emotional support animal?" I again clarified that it was a service animal. The interaction felt dismissive, uninformed, and inappropriate given the hospitality industry's basic obligations regarding service animals. On my final reservation, housekeeping again attempted to enter my room around 9:00AM despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign remaining posted. When I addressed it with the office, I was falsely told that I had supposedly informed staff I would be checking out at 6:00 AM. What I had actually explained was that I preferred a first-floor room because repeatedly carrying luggage down stairs alone at 6:00AM was difficult. Cleanliness was also a major issue. I stayed in three different rooms, and every room had visibly dirty floors. My socks became dirty simply from walking around the rooms. More concerning, the AC vents appeared covered with black buildup and heavy dust, raising serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, & indoor air quality. Regretfully, I gave the property another chance & booked an additional two-night reservation because my roof renovation was still unfinished. Almost immediately after booking, I received another disruptive phone call informing me I would again have to fully check out, change rooms, and wait until 4:00 PM to re-check in. After days of repeated disruptions, room changes, & hostile interactions, I requested that the reservation be canceled. I was initially told "no." Only after escalating my frustration vocally did staff suddenly agree to contact Expedia & process the refund. What makes the experience more disappointing is that the gentleman who originally checked me in was genuinely pleasant & professional along with the housekeeping manager. Unfortunately, every interaction afterward became increasingly adversarial. This property failed in accessibility transparency, privacy, professionalism, cleanliness, flexibility, and customer service. The repeated room transfer demands, mishandling of a service animal situation, visibly dirty conditions, apparent mold buildup around vents, & hostile front desk interactions made the entire stay exhausting & stressful. This establishment does not deserve the title of "boutique luxury." I strongly caution travelers, especially those with accessibility needs, respiratory sensitivities, or service animals, to stay elsewhere. HOTEL'S RESPONSE TAKES NO ACCOUNTABILITY, DISREGARDS THE REAL ISSUES & MAKES EXCUSES.
