Don't let this place fool you. It's a scam. I called to ask how much a French Bulldog would be and…read morethey wouldn't tell me the price over the phone. They said I had to come in for them to tell me how much the dog would cost because they have to call the breeder and this and that. RIDICULOUS. The price should be set and slapped on their cage/window. Let me tell you, shady. Also, they have plenty of fees that they never ever mention until you're already at the counter buying your dog. I highly suggest staying away from this place. It's a scam. They're trying to rip you off and steal your money. Find a breeder and buy from them, not this place.

Alright, let me start off by saying that i stopped by this establishment to purchase an adorable…read moreFrench Bulldog (who we absolutely fell in love with from the start) with my girlfriend, not bargain and haggle like I am purchasing a used Kia Forte... First red flag: no prices posted anywhere! In order to get a price, you have to approach one of the "knowledgeable" associates who would place you in the play area with the puppy and say she needs to "scan" them and contact the breeder directly. This can only be accomplished by having you fill out the entire application giving all of your personal information, a process that took nearly A FULL HOUR when dealing with a certain sales associate we will call Associate "Mel." After waiting all that time, "Mel" came back in to give us all of the paperwork associated with the puppy and tell us all of the benefits of purchasing from their establishment. When she handed up the paperwork and we saw the grand total of $8000, we almost broke down laughing on the spot! Let me tell you something about my girlfriend, she knows her stuff. She has purchased, adopted and rescued many different breeds of dogs and does plenty of research on what a particular breed of puppy is worth. It is a very difficult feat to pull one over on her. After expressing out disgust at this price (we know for a fact that a pure bred Frenchie goes for around $3600) "Mel" said she had plenty of options for us and she would go in the back to call her "associates" to see what she could do for us as the puppy was obvisously a great match for us! Long story short, and about 3 back and forth price negotiations beween "Mel" and "The Big Dog," and about 2 hours later, we were appalled by the fact that we were able to get her from $8000 all the way down to $3800 by some miracle of modern negotiations... Honestly, I felt dirty after this. This wasn't a used Kia we were shopping for, it was a living puppy. Any other store would post the prices either online or with the puppy in the cage. It sucked, but we had to leave that sweet little Frenchie at the store. We would have paid $3600 if that was the price presented to us from the beginning as we know this to be a fair price. To add even more insult to injury, "Mel" called my girlfriend the next day to say that she had great news and they were able to get the price all the way down to $3500, something they never saw happen before! We declined and that was the last we heard from them. This store needs to be shut down. I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars as one is way too generous....

I first have to thank the people that left reviews. I recently rescued a pup and wasn't happy with…read morerecent reviews my original vet has been receiving. I knew at the time of rescuing my pup he was going to need some special attention due to some issues I noticed. Plenty of people recommended plenty of vets but upon reading those reviews none were anywhere I wanted to take my new best friend. Brick Town Vet not only had plenty of reviews to read, they were mostly all positive and thorough. Now, on to the vet. Renee answered the phone with a positive attitude and let me run on about how great this pup was that just came into my life. She was patient, answered all my question and worked with me on making an appointment that fit in my schedule. Even when asking what his colors were she got excited to meet him once I explained what he looked like. When I got to the office the staff went above and beyond to make myself and my pup feel welcome. Everyone during his exam (Sorry, I forget everyones names) was informative and knowledgeable, if they didn't have an answer they found someone who did. He has since returned for surgery and I couldn't be happier. This was the first time I would be leaving him somewhere since i brought him home. The Dr. took time to meet with me and explain everything that was going to happen during his surgery. They informed me I could call every half hour if I wanted to check on him. I didn't feel the need to call until they reached out with an update as I felt he was in very good hands. I picked him up from surgery and everything went smooth with no complications and the price for what he had done was more than fair. They thoroughly explained what care I needed to provide during his recovery and again made sure that I knew I could call 100 times a day if needed. Bottom line, not happy with your vet or looking for a new one, Brick Town Veterinary is my pups new forever vet!

I didn't want to give them a star but apparently you have to! We have been using them for years to…read moretreat our dog who has epilepsy and allergies! We brought our senior cat there a few times over the last several months but he kept declining! Needless to say we made a tough decision to finally say goodbye to him today! He was over 13 years old yet the vet came in to try and talk us out of it and run more tests??? Are you kidding me? They will never get another penny from us and our pets deserve better than that!
