First red flag: no prices posted anywhere! In order to get a price, you have to approach one of the "knowledgeable" associates who would place you in the play area with the puppy and say she needs to "scan" them and contact the breeder directly. This can only be accomplished by having you fill out the entire application giving all of your personal information, a process that took nearly A FULL HOUR when dealing with a certain sales associate we will call Associate "Mel." After waiting all that time, "Mel" came back in to give us all of the paperwork associated with the puppy and tell us all of the benefits of purchasing from their establishment. When she handed up the paperwork and we saw the grand total of $8000, we almost broke down laughing on the spot! Let me tell you something about my girlfriend, she knows her stuff. She has purchased,adopted and rescued many different breeds of dogs and does plenty of research on what a particular breed of puppy is worth. It is a very difficult feat to pull one over on her. After expressing out disgust at this price (we know for a fact that a pure bred Frenchie goes for around $3600) "Mel" said she had plenty of options for us and she would go in the back to call her "associates" to see what she could do for us as the puppy was obvisously a great match for us! Long story short, and about 3 back and forth price negotiations beween "Mel" and "The Big Dog," and about 2 hours later, we were appalled by the fact that we were able to get her from $8000 all the way down to $3800 by some miracle of modern negotiations... Honestly, I felt dirty after this. This wasn't a used Kia we were shopping for, it was a living puppy. Any other store would post the prices either online or with the puppy in the cage. It sucked, but we had to leave that sweet little Frenchie at the store. We would have paid $3600 if that was the price presented to us from the beginning as we know this to be a fair price. To add even more insult to injury, "Mel" called my girlfriend the next day to say that she had great news and they were able to get the price all the way down to $3500, something they never saw happen before! We declined and that was the last we heard from them. This store needs to be shut down. I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars as one is way too generous....

We had our first visit with my rescued pup this week. The man on the phone was warm and asked just…read morea few brief questions. They shared an app with me, texted apt reminders, which is super helpful. The people at the front desk were sympathetic to my scared pup. Diane gave me a recommendation for a trainer she knows. (Great rec by the way) My dog is 3 and did not walk on leash. The vet tech was gentle with my pup, and listened carefully and shared with the Vet. The Vet introduced himself and gave valid suggestions, warnings and prescriptions for my special boy. Finally, someone called to let me know the labs were good within one day. Next visit, we go to the hospital a few doors down from the clinic, where we had our first visit. The app that they had me sign up for is pretty user friendly. I do need to figure out how to submit my claim to insurance.

Please, Please Please use caution!! We purchased a puppy that is now 9 months old. Upon the first…read moreexam (which was 3 days after we purchased the puppy), the vet heard a heart murmur. We were told puppies often grow out them. After a few visits it was still detected, our vet advised we see a cardiologist. I contacted the breeder for assistance and she followed up with a phone call advising it was a waste of money...puppies out grow the heart murmur. She also advised his health certificate did not indicate any heart issues. That health certificate was issued by Vetco which is Petco so how much does that say?! We had the echo performed and indeed the puppy has a heart murmur. The vet issued an unfit for sale certificate. To add to all of this, the puppy is now blind due to cataracts in both eyes. Yet another vet issued an unfit for sale certificate. He needs cataract surgery to restore his vision and requires annual monitoring of his heart murmur. PLEASE use caution when purchasing a puppy form this breeder. Why are there minimal reviews for this breeder when she constantly has puppies for sale??!! Needless to say, she is not responding to us at this point.

Jo Ann makes sure to be very up front with all the pay info, time frames on the kitten's progress and health. It is very obvious how much she cares for these cats and will make sure the person they go to is the best fit for them. I believe the price is certainly fair, especially since so much time and care goes not only into the kittens, but also the kittens parents. My dogs would get so excited when I told them Bev was coming. As she took them to the van, they would love her up with licks. When she brought them back to the house, they were always soooo beautiful. The products she uses are great. When there was an occasional problem with the dogs, she took such good care of them. My dogs are now gone, I miss them so much, but I also miss my monthly 'dog chats' with Bev about all the cute dog stories of the past month. Highly recommend !!!!!
