    PINK GIRL ROLL

Wow! Came here on a whim while staying in the Marriott across the street and I was blown away! Only tried the sushi but I think I'm coming back tomorrow too! I got the pink girl roll and it's seriously fantastic and it's HUGE! The inside is cute too and server was friendly and attentive. I am coming back tomorrow!

    Japanese ramen.

Weak. I had the quote Japanese Ramen and it tasted like brown gravy. Soft boiled egg tasted like a 100yr old nasty egg. $3 bucks for a 16oz coke- are you kidding me! Save your money for somewhere that makes fresh food, for what is being charged here. BTW the waitress could deal with a personality change with her judgemental looks.

I was craving ramen and everything else in Prescott seemed to be closing around 8-8:30pm so when i stumbled upon this location, I was grateful that they took my order (even though it was 20 minutes before closing...) I'm not sure if that's a cultural thing up here but typically a restaurant will take orders until at least 10 minutes before closing time. The person seemed very reluctant to do it but ultimately decided to take my order because, well, that's money on the table you're essentially saying no to. I ordered: - tonkotsu ramen - California roll - medium poke bowl with salmon The tonkotsu ramen is delicious if you've never had real tonkotsu ramen before. I'd probably scale this as being better than your homemade instant noodles and definitely under the actual 16-hr slow-cooked broth you'd find at a real ramen shop. HOWEVER, I do love that the chashu pieces were BEYOND generous and thick. It was a 5/5 in that aspect. The rest of the toppings were fairly generous and in truth it wasn't terrible but for the price I paid for the bowl I could have gone to one in LA instead. The California roll tasted exactly as I expected it to but I felt they were very generous on the avocado which I loved. The poke bowl was alright. I actually think they forgot to give us our sauce unless they had mixed it in the bowl. Overall, while this isn't my immediate choice for ramen and poke, it's still a fairly decent restaurant with decent service. (13/100--2023)

Being one of the only places to get ramen in Prescott, this is pretty good. The service is quick and so is the turn around time for the food. The food is good but nothing special. They give a lot of noodles which I really liked. You can tell the proteins are of a lower quality, but still pretty good. The milk teas are good too!

I was really impressed with the udon at this restaurant. The broth was packed with flavor, and the noodles had just the right texture. It was such a satisfying and hearty dish.

Fish quality seems good but for the price the small is tiny... you don't get a lot for what you pay for. They are even skimpy on the rice.

I feel like that could probably be managed a bit better but it is a small spot so we gave some grace and sat down anyway. Wasn't too busy other than that one party. We ordered 2 rolls, miso soup, garlic edamame, and yellowtail sashimi. It was soooo good. The garlic edamame was pretty weak, it had chunks of garlic in it but other than that it was just regular edamame. The sashimi was to die for, very fresh and impressed with the quality. The sushi did take a while, but we enjoyed every bite. The green dragon roll was the standout for us. The miso soup was probably one of the best ones I have had in a long time, very flavorful and left me wanting more. I think this one can be chalked up to understaffing on a Friday night, but I would give it another shot the next time I'm in town.

This is steps away from Whiskey Row and I was purposely avoiding that street. My friend chose their vegetable rice since the special of the day was listed outside their sandwich board. Hot menu was shutting down by 10pm. I chose the salmon Poke bowl. It was huge and had large slices of raw salmon, white rice, seeweed and much more. The service was fast and friendly. There was another couple that was finishing up but plenty of seats and the menu extensive. The prices were fair. I ended up boxing up half of the poke bowl. Get there sooner a half hour before closing time at least to partake of the hot menu. It's family friendly and clean.

While it is a small restaurant, we didn't have too much issue getting a table at lunch. I heard it can get packed for dinner so plan ahead. I had the Tonkatsu ramen and really enjoyed it (as already mentioned). We also started with the Karage chicken and I felt it was appropriate breaded, cooked, but did not quite like the accompanying sauce. Still, both dishes are worth ordering. Portions are fair, service was on point, and the place was clean. You can get a bowl for under $20, which is more than affordable for the area. Enjoy!

We ordered Tonkatsu…read moreRamen @ $20/bowl and was "forced" by the lady server to pick an "add-on" item even when we said we didn't want any, she insisted so we went with the boiled egg @$2.50/egg. We ordered the Karaage chicken appetizer @$10. Karaage -3 stars - @ $10 it's way over priced. It comes in a very small bowl (like a dipping bowl used in Asian restaurant) and the chicken pieces sizes are similar to the size of Chik fil A chicken nuggets...too small it doesn't justify the price. The taste is nothing special. I had better Karaage (Like in KitakatA Ramen) Tonkotsu Ramen- 3-stars- it comes with 3 very thin Chasu (pork) pieces, green onions, pickled ginger, black fungus (mushroom) and seaweed flakes. Taste is nothing special too, not as clean as other ramen places. At this price, other ramen places would have bamboo shoots and more meat. The noodles were alright. Portion size is ok, if you have a small appetite, you'll have leftovers. Ramen boiled Egg -2-stars, it's close to a hard boiled egg, it's supposed to be in between soft and hard boiled. I'm also giving it a 2 stars because it was forced on us. Inside the restaurant is very simple. Service- not very happy with service. We just ordered water for our drink and was pointed to the counter to get our own water, but the lady server did bring water to the other table of non-Asian customers A group of 8 elderly Asians came and sat next to our table. They were ordering ramen to share (obviously, seniors have smaller capacity to eat) but the server said that there is no sharing She bullied the customers to order per person. I'm not sure if the server is doing this because we are Asians (server is Asian too). What happened to the customer is always right? I spent $58.50 plus $8 tip for 2 people and will not be coming back when I visit Sedona again. I'm giving 2-stars because customer service is not good, I felt discriminated by a fellow Asian.

I am a highly restrictive eater. GF by necessity. Pork free by choice…read more So I can be a bit hard to please. So, when Hotpot presented on my Yelp "must eat if you're in the area" I was a bit skeptical. Well, i was wrong. This was an amazing culinary experience. We went during lunch prices which was great because $21/person in our house is a luxury. Our waitress (who was actually the owner) explained that I could order a vegetarian broth then season how I like. She then helped us choose two different flavors for the broth. We then chose our "add ins". There was a bar of fresh vegetables, noodles (with separate tongs) and sauces. Here's where we had to strategize. My husband is not GF. So, he wanted to try the wheat based noodles. That meant he had his broth and I had mine. Though I would have liked to experiment more, that worked out perfectly because I was absolutely in love with the spicy lemongrass. My veggies were delicious with a variety including 3 different mushrooms and squash. Now the downside. Salt. This had to have been one of the saltiest dishes Ive ever eaten. If you are sensitive please be aware. But truly, Don't let This little restaurant in a little shopping center fool you. Definitely a vibe for anime lovers! Food-wise, we started with the gyoza and they were delicious. Perfectly cooked and even better dipped in the ponzu sauce! We also tried the sushi flight, which was a great way to sample a few different flavors. Overall, I really enjoyed it, although the eel was probably my least favorite of the flight just personal preference. The crispy tuna rice was easily the star of the meal! Crispy, flavorful, and the textures worked so well together. I would 100% order that again. The ramen, however, was just okay for me. It wasn't bad or inedible, but the broth was lacking that rich, deep flavor I look for in a good bowl of ramen. A little more depth and seasoning would really take it to the next level. The service was honestly one of the highlights. Our waiter was super friendly, cool, and attentive without hovering, which I always appreciate. Overall, there were definitely more hits than misses. The great service, fun atmosphere, and crispy tuna rice are enough for me to give Full Moon Izakaya another try. Next time, I'll be exploring more of the menu!

Service was pretty standard, no fake pleasantries but not rude at all. We both got the Tonkatsu ramen combo with a drink and 2 dumplings. Mini got hers without green onion, I had mine with green onion. Dumplings were deep fried, tasted pretty basic. But it's not like they said they handmade them so it was as expected. The ramen was a little salty, but the soup was very flavorful with nice depth. Definitely would eat it again. It had pork which was okay, not tough but nothing remarkable. The noodles tasted pretty good, not over cooked with a decent chew to it. It came with corn and a soft boiled egg. The soft boiled egg was so good I should have ordered extra. It was cooked exactly how you'd want it to be for your bowl of ramen. The place was pretty good, I'd definitely come back again and try new items. It closes at 8 but I guess they stop ordered at 7:15, so don't try to stop in super late. Also, the parking lot has signs that say no backing in. That's how I like to park so I parked nearby. It's located within a large parking lot, so it doesn't look like parking would be tough unless the church and restaurant parking nearby are also full.
