It was clean, pretty quiet and kind of empty. I didn't use the restroom but I'd presume it was fairly clean as the rest of the restaurant looked pretty clean. Service was pretty standard, no fake pleasantries but not rude at all. We both got the Tonkatsu ramen combo with a drink and 2 dumplings. Mini got hers without green onion, I had mine with green onion. Dumplings were deep fried, tasted pretty basic. But it's not like they said they handmade them so it was as expected. The ramen was a little salty, but the soup was very flavorful with nice depth. Definitely would eat it again. It had pork which was okay, not tough but nothing remarkable. The noodles tasted pretty good, not over cooked with a decent chew to it. It came with corn and a soft boiled egg. The soft boiled egg was so good I should have ordered extra. It was cooked exactly how you'd want it to be for your bowl of ramen. The place was pretty good, I'd definitely come back again and try new items. It closes at 8 but I guess they stop ordered at 7:15, so don't try to stop in super late. Also, the parking lot has signs that say no backing in. That's how I like to park so I parked nearby. I ordered some ramen online and went to pick it up! The entire process was smooth and easy. Willy was a huge help and very friendly. I ordered Tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious! My sister ordered the Chicken Karaage ramen and also enjoyed it. The fried chicken for this ramen does come on the side for take out orders, so don't be alarmed if you don't see it in the ramen. I had a craving for a Poke bowl and my favorite poke spot recently closed. Did a Yelp search and Poke Maki came up. It's easy to see on the north side of Bell Rd. We walked in and were greeted and took a few minutes to look at the menu. I saw their ramen looked really good but decided on a poke bowl and hubs got a teriyaki chicken bowl. Oh, and you also get a choice of free fried gyoza or shrimp tempura with Yelp check in. I chose the shrimp tempura! The restaurant was clean and there was no indoor dining but spots up front to sit and wait for your food. Everything was ready to go in under 10 minutes. The poke bowl was fresh and all the ingredients and vegetables were great quality and they don't skimp on the portions. I got the house and eel sauce mixed. It was okay but I might try other sauces next time. The chicken teriyaki bowl was fresh as well. White meat chicken and steamed veggies. The sauce had a different taste that I didn't care for but hubs enjoyed it. Overall, it's a good fresh poke option but still on the search for a poke spot close by that matches up to Koibito. I was torn between the sushi burrito and the ramen bowl. I decided to go with the ramen and it did not disappoint. The wife had the Miso Ramen spicy and I had the Tonkotsu Ramen spicy. This place is amazing! They offer pick up and delivery through all those apps. The food is very fresh. My tuna and salmon were both deliciously buttery along with all the fresh toppings they offer. I choose the spicy ponzu and sriracha Mayo sauce and both came out to be a delicious mix if you like a little heat in your bites. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful during the ordering process. I got the sushi burrito the salmon pieces where huge fresh and delicious, but the Ahi Tuna I felt so sick from it, it was very fishy some of the pieces weren't even bright pink/red they where fading to a grey shade(the color fish turns when you start cooking it.) they did not taste fresh.....and the seaweed salad im not sure if it was old but it wasn't it's bright normal green and wasn't as pickled, it was like dark olive green and had barely any flavor. Also I picked out all the lettuce used some of it was wilted and did not taste right inside the burrito. For almost $18 on just the burrito I would have expected much better !!!! And the teriyaki chicken and rice bowl I ordered for my husband, there was barely any teriyaki sauce on the chicken and not very much chicken for a Large there was more veggies then anything.
