I'm kind of perfectionist when it comes to tint. I get very OCD when it comes to my cars, so I was really happy that I went to Xact today. Professional service right from the start. Met me on time. I spoke to Eddie (the tinter) and explained some of my concerns with my car. He put me at ease and I felt comfortable that they would do a good job. I would have bailed if I got a bad vibe. The end product is great. I had 3m Crystalline 70 applied all around on a Lexus IS350. Very, very nice work. I can't say more other than it looks wonderful. If you don't know about 3m Crystalline, Google it and believe everything you read. It is the perfect tint if you want the benefits of tint, without dark windows. It is amazing stuff and I highly recommend it, despite its price. And if you really want to be cool, tint the windshield, that's where a lot of heat comes into a car. Felipe carries up to CR70, which is almost the lightest tint 3m makes. Finally, when it comes to prices he is very competitive. This is a shop where you get that rare combination of great service and great prices. This review is about the warranty. Don't get fooled and pay extra for " comprehensive coverage" it's money down the drain. We had tinting done on our 2 cars from this place. we picked the price (comprehensive) because per recommendation, it has a lifetime warranty. Almost $600 for each car's tinting. Workmanship, I'd give this place 5 stars because they did a good job. but I feel like we were fooled to believe that if we pick the comprehensive we have nothing to worry. So, one of the cars has issue on the tint from the get go, my husband was told if the "speckles" does not go away, just bring the car back. We gave it some time for the tint to settle hoping it was just temporary and since it's a supposedly "LIFETIME WARRANTY" we should've nothing to worry, we can bring the car back, whenever. When we brought the car back hoping to fix the issue, After it was checked, we were told the speckles are from the outside (windshield) and it's not the tint that has an issue, mind you, my husband was told from the beginning if he still notices the "speckles" to bring it back, no problem. All of a sudden, it's our fault and it's not the tint and will be replaced but may not be covered, so that means we have to pay extra $$$. Disappointing!. read more

I had 2 cars tinted by Xact. both times I received a good deal and work was done with in time promised to me. Baiting me in telling me its going to be 2 hours and I can wait for it and it turns out to be 4 hours is a big pet peeve. Both times I had machine-cut 3M tint. first one was on 2011 BMW 328I and second on 2011 Toyota Prius. I'm very happy with there work and would go there again. read more

I came here to get my BMW tinted after reading the previous yelp ratings and reviews so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was still not 100% convinced (like all new things & places) until I saw the work they did on other customer's BMWs, MINIs, & Euros in their shop. I also found out they do tint on various dealer cars from SAVAGE BMW of Ontario which sealed the deal for me! Anyway I got the 3M Color stable which was a little more expensive than the other brands you would find at other tint shops but trust me you definitely get what you pay for here! They computer cut all of their tints to match your vehicle's specs so the tint placement has that factory precision. In addition the work and service was really awesome and they finished it in about 2 hrs (i even told them to take their time) which was very fast in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them and talk to Luis for a deal! read more

I just purchased my 2013 vehicle and was checking prices and all the different reviews. They had the most reasonable prices with great reviews and I am definitely a satisfied customer. I am extremely happy with my windows. I received a quote and made an appointment. They were very prompt when I went there I received answers to all my questions. They even reviewed the different shades of tints and confirmed everything I wanted. Even though they were busy they were quick. I had my car done 2 weeks ago. The owner is nice. The job was close to perfection. Unfortunately, they didn't bother to clean all the windows before installing it. There were lots of dirt, streaks and hand print on it. Hopefully, next time they will check or clean all the windows before installing. read more

I had my Tesla model S tinted and roof vinyl wrap. Been about a month and it looks great. Price was awesome also.

I called around and found this company offered a machine-cut 3M clearbra that covered more of your car for roughly $100 less than the competition. Budget about 3+ hours for the install but be wary of the junior installers. Its a hard install so I made sure the owner (who I assume had more experience) did it himself. Inspect the car afterwards to make sure all the corners adhered completely (he missed one corner). Also make an appointment during the weekday as his work keeps getting interrupted by the flow of customers during the weekend. read more

I came in on a Friday noon, getting estimates on tint for my 2012 Camry. Even though price was slightly higher than others, I used my Yelp discount, and got it were I wanted for the Sable tint. Luis did an amazing job of getting me in and out in under 2 hours without an appt. He took a lot of time explaining my options without any pressure. Any the job was flawless! I went to get my 2014 Honda Accord tinted. The owner or co owner was really nice, or I thought so. His name is Felipe. I went with my girlfriend he was talking about how perfect they are and with lifetime warranty. I got my whole vehicle done and my windshield. Everything was good until today. My windshield seemed to have a couple little bubbles but not due to water but to some sort of trash. I called him and he said what do you want me to do its not going to come out how you want it to Alex, which is my name. I advised maybe get it redone if it was possible and he seemed hesitant and seemed he was like what the FU** I advised him all I'm doing is asking a question and see what we can do but it seemed it pist him off. He said I can try but I don't guarantee anything and its up to you. At that point it seemed he was like you deal with it we got our money. I seriously regret going yo him since he was not apologetic and asking me to bring it in instead, but defensive and angry because I called him and I did and in a good way at firat trying to see what he thought but he turned into and angry upset individual. read more
