Pretty happy overall. I went during a Friday and it was almost empty. I had 2 windows done and they finished in under an hour. It was also my first time going to a tint shop and was upset to see the tint had bubbles. They didn't really explain that the bubbles go away in 3 days either. So if you see bubbles, just make sure you don't open your windows for about 2 days and it should go away. I used Charcool tint which has had good reviews overall and has a lifetime guarantee. Xact also gave me a better price than other tint shops I've talked with ~ around 20% less. In summary, I give them thumbs up and recommend their services. read more

I just got it armoralled yesterday and saw the streaks in the leather where the water dripped. Other than that... good deal. Went in to have the plastic film redone on the hood of my Mazda 3. It had originally been done at another location, and was deteriorating. Xact quoted me a very reasonable price to remove the old, and replace with new better quality plastic film. Turns out the removal of the old film was much more difficult and time consuming than they originally anticipated. But they did it, they did a wonderful job with the cleaning off the old product, and the application of the new. It looks fantastic, real quality work. And to top it off, after all that, they stuck to the originally quoted price; a really classy move. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone... read more

Had my 1987 Mercedes 300D tinted here. Owner is nice enough, explained my choices, etc. The shade of tint wasn't what I wanted, but close enough. Long story short, the installers broke the retaining clips off both my 3rd brake light as well as the little plastic triangle in the front passenger window. When I called the shop, I asked to speak with the owner who denied him or his guys ever removed those parts. I know they did because the night before I was going to remove the 3rd brake light cover (which I changed about 2 months prior, no broken clip). As for the window triangle, every MBZ owner knows NOT to remove that because the plug attached to it always breaks off if you try to remove it. Anyways, he said "Ok, we can glue it back, come to the shop". read more

Great shop and excellent service. I had an appointment for 3 and arrived about 10 till 3. They were ready for me and started on my car right away. They told me my car would be finished in 2 hours. They have free Wi-Fi in the lobby which allowed me to get some work done while they worked on my car. About an hour and half later they were all finished. This is long overdue... First and foremost, I've known and dealt with Luis for about 4-5 vehicles (8 years pushing) so when you read this, You'll know why I just keep coming back to him. First he's a master at what he does.. Whether it's tint or clear bra or total car wrap he gets it done right the first time. Second he uses the best film money cat buy, that being said, cheap labor and parts aren't good and good parts and labor aren't cheap... but he does it at a fair price.. Third and final .. and this is the kicker.. every where I go to get a part on my car or have it serviced, I swear they always say "whoever did your clear wrap knows what he's doing .. same with your tint.. that to me indicates he's the best guy for the job and the quality he puts in his craft really shines on the road.. He also does ceramic coating.. which is new to me and he offered it on my BMW .. glad I did.. paint is flawless and protected .. please if this review helps you decide I guarantee you you won't be disappointed .. I used to drive to Temecula bc there were no local tint shops that carried 3M and had fair pricing. Now that ive found Xact i no longer have to travel far to get excellent tint. I recently had my i3 tinted by these guys and I liked their quality of work BC they actually use computer cut tint. The installer, Eddie tinted my BMW 530i with no window gap. When I roll down my window it looks like it came from the factory! It was a bit difficult to figure which percentage tint to go with, but he worked with me for a period of time. My only issue is that I wish that someone would come out with something to determine what the tint percentage would really look like based on the year, make, mode, interior and exterior color. I just bought a brand new Toyota and I went with the 3M color stable series and I love it! I decided to go with this one because it blocks out more heat and doesn't turn purple on you!
