Since the car was a Tesla, it was good to see they were currently finishing up a repair on another Tesla at the time. After getting all the estimates and sleeping on it the next day the only person we contacted was Steve and asked a few follow up questions. He explained every single step of the process and the price was just right in the middle from others, what set him apart is the way he contacted me about it, he was very transparent and explained what they needed to do and why, and the turn around to have my vehicle ready, I couldn't believe it.
