I signed a contract with Brian for a new garage entry door installation at the end of February, he…read moredid not finish the job until 6 months later. That was after I threatened legal action twice to force him to return and finish the job. The initial door, which was supposed to be brand new, clearly was not a new door. It had a very noticeable dent on the top side and a large area of touch up paint over damage on the inside garage side of the door. When he finally came back with a replacement door, the color was wrong. I had ordered bronze and what he installed was chocolate brown. He lied and said that it was just different lighting. At this point I was out of patience and just paid the balance owed when he finished the replacement door installation. I was not happy, but I just wanted to be done dealing with him. I will give him credit for a good job on the exterior trim work, and the door was functional after he installed it. I am 68 years old, and Brian is the worst contractor that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would not recommend him in any way for home construction contract work.
