This place is a joke!! Plain and simple a joke!!! First of all there is no communication from these people. I had to call regarding my vehicle several of times and I will always get "we will check and call you back with an update" and just like i thought no call back, I had to call them again. I took in my car because I was rear ended, my vehicle was there for over a month before I was advised the vehicle was a "total loss" which was bs. I had to get my insurance involved so they can go check out my vehicle and was determined it was NOT a total loss. My vehicle was there since August !!! And just picked it up today! When my vehicle was turned in there was NO lights on what so ever now I have a check engine light on plus 2 others. The value and customer service at this collision center is terrible. first of all, the $200 DAILY storage fee was never mentioned. as a result, my insurance was furious with this and caused me to declare my car as totaled despite the damage being assessed as far from totaled (could've easily been fixed and the insurance would've covered it all had i gone to another place) or else we'd have to pay the daily storage fee that added up to thousands of dollars because we weren't even notified once of this, not even as a warning that it was being stored for too long. these people prey on those who don't speak english very well, as my mother who's native language is spanish was constantly manipulated by their reassurance that they'd take care of the car and were "waiting on the insurance" when they were simply waiting as long as possible to cash in and ABUSE the storage fee. additionally, items were stolen from my car such as a check (luckily that account was already closed), decorations, and scented items. read more

Some dumb ass stole my catalytic converter and I was taking my car to another shop when someone told Me about xclusive at first I was skeptical they were extremely nice, and the rate they gave me was unbelievable . Throughout the process they kept me updated and made sure I was taken care of. They said may take up to 2-3months because catalytic converters are hard to find, I got my car back way before. Unbelievable Work!! I was referred to Xclusive Auto Body by a mutual client. At first I was skeptical as they were located about 30 miles from my house. I told my client that I would give them a call. Francisco answered the phone and was more than polite and friendly, he was also very knowledgable spent the time getting to know the personal details of my life, how I would use my vehicle and then made recommendations based on that. in this case the vehicle is a lease until going through BMW and getting my insurance involved would have been a big problem. he actually had the car towed at their own expense, and had the car dropped off so the 30 miles became irrelevant. Mobile Pickup and Delivery... Awesome!!! I will post it before pics but essentially I was hit into a pole so there was damage to the right front fender to the left front fender to my bumper and to my Hood. I went to three different shops prior to calling Francisco and was quoted $8,000.00, $9,600.00 and $13,390.00. After getting quoted $13,000 I started to believe that the $8000 quote was a good one. I was wrong. Replacing the 2 front fenders, hood and fixing the lower bumper, including the OEM Painting (Thanks Danny!), $6200.00. Less than half of the most expensive place. I decided to tip them $500 because I appreciated the low prices, pick up/delivery service and the friendly personalities. I will refer people for life and this review is a start Overall the experience was better than any I'd ever had dealing with body work, and sadly I've had plenty of accidents over the past 22 years. All businesses can shine or fail mostly because of their employees. The employee is the face the customer sees, not the intent, not the motto or business promise. The employee caries the burden of making the customer experience a good one or a not so good one. I was recommended this business by my tow truck driver from AAA, I had no idea they existed or who they were. At the time of my car collision, I didn't know where to take my car or even had the time to do my research. Today Thursday, I am picking up my belongings and releasing my car to the insurance company. I could not sleep a wink last night thinking of what I had to deal with today. I've heard and read what some people go through during these tense and unfortunate moments. I got up early, made my drive to the city of Paramount from Downtown LA and hoped for the best. My collision happened on Saturday night, by Sunday I had received a text from Julio, to alert me that my car was at the shop and remind me I could commence the insurance process with my insurance company. On Monday I received an email from Joanna, to remind me to complete my paperwork for the shop to start the repairing process. Both were courteous and extremely helpful. Suddenly I wasn't stressed about the whole experience. But even so I was anxious about going in to the shop when I was told my car was a total loss. Nobody wants to hear that after an accident. Today, after meeting with them, I can say I am relieved I can finally get some sleep, I am grateful for Joanna and Julio who made my experience here at the shop a pleasant and easy one. Joanna escorted me to my car to retrieve my belongings, Julio explained the process they go through when a car is a total loss and how the insurances work. I can't say enough about these two. All I can say is great Job Joanna and Julio, thank you for making this less stressful than it already was. I hope we don't meet again under these circumstances, but if I do need any work done on my cars I will remember your shop.
