Warning: Avoid Streamline Collision at all costs. A dear friend of mine was reassured by Robert (I was with her while they talked on the phone) that there would be no additional storage charges outside of what her insurance covered, but they ended up charging her exorbitant fees and refused to communicate effectively. They are now threatening a lien sale for over $14,000 in storage fees, despite already received nearly $5000 more than the repair cost from the insurance company. Repairs Cost $7,682.81, Ins Paid on 3.29 $6682.71. Then they paid and additional $4,722.08 on 4.10 This company had dismantled her car, not completed any repairs and blatantly lied from the start and took advantage of her every step of the way. Save yourself the trouble and find a more honest and trustworthy auto repair shop. This body shop ran & owned by Carlos is a complete SCAM from start to finish. I took my vehicle there 6 months ago for repairs, he kept claiming he couldn't find parts, using the same excuse for more than 2 months. I felt something was off so I asked him for the list of parts that he needs, I called one random ford dealer & found every single part had them delivered to him next day. His business practice is "not being able to find parts" so he can bill you for extra money & labor. After taking it to another body shop & mechanic after him, he completely ruined so much wiring that caused more damage & money. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do your research before coming to this business I would NOT recommend whatsoever. I was very excited to finally be able to review this place, show before and after pics and what not, but unfortunately my baby took a turn for the worse and ended up being considered totaled by the insurance company. It was a total bummer, my van was my life! But... I gotta say, even with the heartache of losing my van, I still had such a pleasant experience from Streamline. Robert really made me feel at ease during the waiting period of getting the claim going and provided me with a rental on the spot, which was very convenient for a working mom of 2! Paint started to crack, the floor lining started to come off and some parts were missing. Now, my car just died. I was recommend to shop to have my Durango fixed. I had backed into something and had an ugly massive scratch on the right side of it. They offered to pick up my Durango at home and brought me a rental. The driver was extremely polite and friendly he went over all the paperwork with me, he made sure I understood everything before I signed it. My suv took a few weeks tohi repair, and it was worth it. They left it in prestine condition and cleaned all the interior for me. The car literally looked new. The same driver dropped off my car at work, which was about 30 minutes away. I was extremely happy they went out of their way to make sure I had my car before the weekend. The employees also made themselves available to answer any questions I had during the process.
