I arrived at approximately 11:40 a.m., waited for nearly two hours, and never received the text that my vehicle was ready. When I returned, I was told my car had been worked on. That was simply not true. When I asked for my car, it had not been touched--it hadn't been washed, vacuumed, or even started. The reality is that you're frequently closed due to weather, and when you're open, you're often so understaffed that wait times become unreasonable. What value is a monthly membership if customers can't reliably use the service they're paying for? Lastly, this wasn't an isolated incident. I've brought these concerns directly to you before, and instead of acknowledging them, you and your staff have consistently been dismissive and defensive. Your response here only reinforces that experience. Customers deserve honest communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. read more

You pay over $100 a month for unlimited car wash. GREAT, not a bad deal- but they fail to mention that you have to pay $30 EVERY TIME because they force you to enter the mall parking and by the time your car is done you've met the max time and are charged $30 to leave the building! And of course both sides refuse to do anything about it and basically say deal with it. Don't see this place lasting long until they fix this- Ps. + 5 stars for the interior detail - 1 star for residual clay bar marks/scuffs/residue - 2 stars for gaslighting me I tried Xclusive Auto Spa today while doing some Holiday shopping at Westfield Century City. I found the location (in the Westfield parking garage) pretty convenient and reasonably priced for a wash/interior clean. The manager was friendly, and without pressure upsold me on a package that included a clay bar wax and a full interior detail ($275) since it has been 3 years since I waxed my Jeep. It was ready for pickup in time as promised (1 hour). When walking up to pick up my vehicle, it was sparkling, but I immediately noticed what looked like 4 large scuff marks on the hood. I pointed them out to the manager, thinking they were just residual marks from the clay bar not being buffed out thoroughly. I was told these were in fact scratches, not clay marks, and that it was "the first thing (he) noticed when I pulled up". I was skeptical since I had never noticed these before, but since I really couldn't prove it (and haven't studied the hood of my car lately), I accepted what I thought was a professional's word, but drove away feeling a little uncertain and gaslit. When I got home, I took a closer look at the marks, and out of curiosity, wiped one of them with the end of my t-shirt and was able to rub part of it off. Hmnnn. I then grabbed a microfiber towel and wiped off all of the scuff marks with a little elbow grease in less than 10 mins. So I'm pretty sure they were residual clay marks or some other residue (they felt waxy) like I first tried to point out to the manager. The interior was perfect and like new - hence the 2 stars. A few points here: 1. If these guys were professional, they would have immediately been able to tell the difference between scratches and whatever these marks were regardless if they were from the clay bar or some other waxy residue. 2. Even if the vehicle had these on the hood before as the manager claimed, the clay bar and some elbow grease should have removed them if the job was done right since they were just residue marks on the surface that I was able to wipe off with my t-shirt (not scratches)! 3. Because of 1 and 2 above, I have to assume the manager either tried to gaslight me in the worst case scenario, or, in the best case scenario they simply didn't do a great job waxing the car if I wiped these out with my t shirt and a microfiber towel. 4. I would have taken my car right back to show him in person, but with LA traffic, who has time for that? So I can only leave an honest review of my experience. 5. The interior was perfect, but sadly all of the above tainted the experience entirely and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would still have given them at least 4 or 5 stars if they just wiped off the clay marks/residue like I had to. So, I can't recommend them for anything other than maybe a wash and interior detail. But I won't be taking my car back to them for either. read more

I signed up online for the $75 SUV wash. This is about double what I'd pay at a regular car wash, but was willing to pay for the convenience. When the guy saw my SUV, he immediately told me it was pretty dirty, and the Classic wash probably wouldn't get it clean. So I asked point blank, "are you telling me I'm going to spend $75 and it won't actually clean my car? I need to spend $100 or more?" He kind of backed off that, but then started to tell me the same thing again. I finally said "I'm really uncomfortable with this." He kind of apologized but continued to loop back to saying the same thing, the $75 wash wouldn't really get my car clean. After 3 rounds of this, I told him to cancel my wash. If they don't want to offer $75 wash, just take it off the menu and start with $100 product, but don't offer it and then make pressure people into paying more by telling them $75 product won't get the job done. read more

New at the Westfield mall. It's hard to find a good car wash out here in LA. I stumbled across this place. And was greeted by an extremely pleasant guy named Edwin. I was in need of a detail. So I left my car and walked over to picket at Fox studios down the street. Then got lunch at the food court. Did a little shopping. And they texted me that my car was ready. The car came back looking like new. And with the service Edwin provided it was all worth it. Because of his service and how well they detailed my car he sold me on the membership where you can get unlimited car washes every month for a flat rate. I now get my car washed every week without worry. And you got century city mall to keep you occupied while you wait. read more

Disappointed in this business. Having a car wash at the mall is convenient as you get shopping done, have a meal, etc. and not need to make an extra stop. I had my car washed yesterday (9/1) where the attendant was aggressive with his sales tactics but I ultimately decided my car needed to be detailed. I chose the 150 dollar package. Job was done satisfactory, all was good. Unfortunately it is raining today (9/2) and I had to be back on the road for errands so I called to see if this location offers a rain check so that my $150 is not wasted. I was told they don't. But of course he said they were "caught off guard" by the rain as they would have told me rain was coming if they saw it in the forecast before agreeing to the wash. Nonsense. You're thief's. Cheaper and better service elsewhere. Not worth the convenience to give business to bad people. Good business practice would be to offer me a rain check considering the amount I spent. Be warned and don't bother with this place.! Responding to the owners comments...so are you telling me that had you known it was going to rain, you wouldn't have sold me the package!?! I doubt that. It's clear from your response you don't honestly consider your customers. I'm very clear that the service included interior detailing. In asking for a rain check. I wanted to see if you would wash the exterior of my car. This is the first car wash I've ever gone to that does not offer a rain check. SMH. Best of luck to you. read more
