Worth noting, they do use proper towels that pull dirt and contaminants out of the paint rather than pushing them around, so on a first wash with built-up surface debris, light marring can happen. Unfortunately ended up with a small scratch on the hood, but this is more common than people think. When I brought it up, they touched it up on the house without questions. How a business handles a hiccup says a lot and these guys passed that test. Not to mention I've been only happy with all of my washes so far. Shoutout to my guy Jesus for keeping the crew dialed in. I really didn't want to write this review but considering my experience I'd like to speak on it. Went in for a basic wash and chatted with a gentleman who was very informative and straightforward. He was kind and helped me pick the right service for me. I chose to get a deluxe wash plus exterior wax. A little bit on the pricier side, but thought it would be worth it, considering all the great reviews here on yelp. When I walked away in my eyes, my car looked perfect and back to brand new. Not that I'm expecting anything to be "perfect " but after further inspection the next day, I noticed there were parts that look like they had been untouched. Again, not quite sure if my expectations are too high, but I've just never had this experience before. As you can see below, none of the leaves were vacuumed from the front of my car, as well as the rear view window edges were still extremely dirty. It's unfortunate that the day after I got my car washed I need to stop at another one just to take care of these unfinished details. Just want to post this as an informative review again this is in no way bashing their business. Like I said everybody was very kind but after paying a premium price and a generous tip, it's a bit upsetting noticing these details. read more

I had read good things about Elite Street Shine so I drove there today even though I don't live nearby. I explained to Jesus what I needed and he really listened. You can see that all the workers at Elite work really hard and take such pride in their work. My car was such a mess when I got there. Today I paid $29.95 to get my car washed and I had to ask the guy to clean the interior windshield and rear window after he waved that it was done. I have been going to this car wash for years, even went back after they closed for almost a year. Today, I took my car for a regular wash and after, when I was leaving, I noticed scratches on my windows, after asking the staff, one guy said you can come with me to check the camera and see if it was there or not, but after the cashier saw the footage, she basically stopped me and said, the scratches were there and it's your fault, when I know 100% there were none when I arrived.
