They also have self-serve vacuums as well. Once The best part about this spot is the pricing, which is around $17-$18 for unlimited standard washes. You can even do a monthly trial with this pricing for the highest tier of wash. However, this is a smaller car wash with a lot of customers so you may have to wait a bit in line to get your car washed and even more so for the vacuums which are limited. When I washed my car here for the first time, it did leave some soapy residue on my car, but most car washes I've been to do that anyways. The staff here seem pretty good at managing the car wash and directing/guiding the cars since the place is so small. Overall, a solid spot for a cheaper car wash service in West LA.

I went again yesterday and told the woman working there that I would likely be canceling my membership if I had to wait to use the vacuums again. She was somewhat dismissive and told me the owner/manager told her not to enforce the 5 minute rule with customers. As usual, I had to wait again along with others to vacuum,I had to get out and dry my car while I waited because I didn't want streaks. Since this is a reoccurring issue, employees should offer to wipe the cars down while we wait! I had to ask the attendant to tape my rear wiper down, as they do at other car washes (not the first time) The exit from the wash is very tight also and my car doesn't really get clean. Without me saying anything, people at my job & school were complimenting my car wash & someone even asked me to send them LAVI's business page. My seats were not only clean of oil, the orange on the inside was like 3 shades brighter. I would have NEVER realized how dirty they were, considering i get frequent hand-washes on my interior. Andres did something to my leather that brighten up the color & removed a thick layer of dirt that was sitting on the surface. My wheels looked stunning. Obviously, the car is pretty gorgeous to begin with but somehow it got more beautiful. I will definitely go with LAVI again if i have an incident w my car again. I took my electric vehicle for a wash after seeing a line out the door on a Sunday morning, thinking that it must be popular for a reason. As background, I had some intense water stains on my windowshield that I needed to desperately remove since it was impairing my line of sight when driving. I come to learn that the prices are very marked up. I was told that because I have an electric vehicle, I cannot due the machine version, so that now put me at a minimum of $50. Then, they told me that I could upgrade to the $200 version to see if they can apply some custom polish to remove the water stains, but that result wasn't guaranteed -- so I opted out. $50 later, the car is washed, but the water stains are still maddeningly there. I ended up going to O'Reilly and buying water stain remover cleanser/polish for $8 which did the trick in removing all my water stains. I think for standard washes, this place is quick, efficient, and may do a standard job. But, for the pricing scheme, I am wary of coming back. Also, it's credit or cash for payment, but for tip, it's cash only. There is an ATM in the store that applies a $3 fee if you don't have cash.

For the money I paid ($200 for a deep, deep clean) this guy should have been a whole hell of a lot nicer. The Wash, is in short, WASHED.
