I've had my truck ceramic coated 2 other times and it was time for another round. I'm incredibly picky on who gets to touch my truck, but had heard great things about Eric and his team. Had my brand new Honda Accord tinted here. It turned out well. It's been 2 weeks and I can still notice the difference in heat reduction from the ceramic IR tint. Going to bring my other cars here to get this done.

I got all my windows tinted, had paint protection film applied, and ceramic coating. Car already experienced two heavy rains and the films are really effective. Windows are hydrophobic making it easier to clean and the dust doesn't stick on to the car. Eric is very responsive, patient with my questions, and transparent with the prices. I'm second-guessing my decision with the higher % tint choice and if I decide to change it, I'll definitely go back to Xclusive Auto. I had a more expensive film on my previous car, but the current tint I have is more effective but more budget friendly, I think mostly because of Eric He really works with you and your budget.

Communication was excellent . I came and checked out the different tint shades. I chose 05 for the rear and 20 for the front driver and passenger windows. Top tier tint! I had my 2025 Tesla Model 3 fully tinted with 3M IR tint. I went with the 35% full windshield, 20% on the front two windows, then 5% on the back glass along with the back four windows. (Rear two plus mini quarter windows) Would definitely recommend friends to go here as well as take my own car back to be worked on in the future. read more

The tint came out awesome! I chose the middle grade tint. I can feel the difference on my long commute, I actually had to turn my air settings lower I don't need to blast the AC on high anymore. The color is nice also, the one I got is a warmer hue vs. the cooler blue color of some options. It matches my tan ceiling nicely. Eric was great, he gave me a 20% discount. And his team is super fast too! It took less than 2 hours. I'd definitely bring any future cars here for tint or detail work. 10 out of 10! Thank you! read more

The detailer guy has been spamming my phone for a month asking to write an honest yelp review which is kind of unprofessional. I'd rather take my car somewhere else in the future where the people are more professional. I got exterior and interior detailing including shampooing for $300 which turned out pretty good but it was a name your price kind of thing so I can't tell if it was a fair price. They also asked me to Zelle them the money which sounds like some tax evasion thing. read more

Took the '23 Mach E to Xclusive Auto for ceramic coating. Worked with Eric. He talked us through what he could do for the the finish, pointed out the micro scratches already on the finish and told us he could remove those through color correction process. Eric offered up couple of options, we agreed to 5 year coating, dropped car off Friday. On Saturday afternoon, Eric called to let us know that car would be ready by 5:30PM. Also, it would be cash sale as his credit card machine was down. We bank at a credit union that limits the amount we can Zelle, and didn't have the cash sitting around. Eric told us, no cash, no car. We didn't want our car held hostage at his shop for the weekend, so we borrowed cash from friends and were able to Zelle some of it, picked up the car that evening. We inspected the car in the sunlight next morning, Eric didn't remove the scratches he told us he could remove. These included really obvious scratches on the hood, back deck, and noticeable buffer marks. We finally got the car back to Eric, he told us he couldn't really take those scratches out without compromising the integrity of the clear coat. He apologized that he wasn't more specific in his original assessment, he'd do a better job setting expectations next time. He did offer to let us drop the car off, and he would "play around with the paint" to see if he could blend some of the micro scratches in, with no guarantee of results. We are done with him, we won't trust his company, his word or work again read more

I needed detail work done on my 2008 Chrysler so I shopped around my area and I found Xclusive Auto. great people and great prices to the point on what they can do for you. So I tinted all 6 of my windows and a complete detail and buff on my car. I hadn't done anything to my car in over 5 years and they made it look like new. Despite the lifetime warranty, the previous tint place no longer tinted cars, so I was SOL. I started to look around and ask different tint vendors regarding tint removal and retint. I priced it out and asked about the XPEL XR. Turns out not too many tint places use the nano ceramic hybrid tint I had put on the car. Well now I know. Blue's Glass Tinting was super responsive on Yelp and had reasonable pricing. And they are located close to where my brother now lives. I told my brother to make an appointment and they booked him about a week out. We sent in a deposit for the appointment. Well he dropped off the car today and got it back in a few hours. No more bubbly tint! I told my brother it was his birthday present from me so he's happy and I'm happy that he can now see out the back windshield at night. He showed me the heat that passes through each level and let me take the samples outside to see how much light goes through. He never tried to upsell me, only tried to get me the best product for what I wanted. Many times when dealing with my car, men will talk down to me and assume I don't know anything. That never happened here and I felt like an equal. I was treated with a lot of respect. When I was given a time it would be done I told Ralph I couldn't do that because of my acupuncture appointment. He promised he could get it done earlier and the guys did it! They really care about their customers here and treat you like family. What a wonderful company. The store was clean and the work was exactly what I was looking for. High quality, fair price, and consciousness to the customer. Amazing!

Did my Model Y's tint back in February 2026, and happy to report that it's holding been great so far! The turnaround time was extremely quick to do ALL the glass (a full day). I was a little worried about the bubbles when I picked up the car, but Eric assured they will go away after drying. The bubbles did clear up after leaving the car in the sun for a couple of days.
