They took almost 8 weeks, and said day after day, week after week, the battery shipped but they had no shipping information, tracker etc, and THIER battery supplier would not talk to them. They gave me a loaner cart that had no parking brake and died twice on the golf course, once in the pouring rain and after unsuccessfully trying to fix it would not bring one that worked. Then when they finally got the the battery they called and said they needed more money for a part they should have known was needed at the out set. Then they took my original charger in " exchange" for the one that came WITH the battery kit, gave no credit for it AND charged an additional amount for the battery that came in the kit. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and unethica!
