Journey addressed our issue with our recall and made the issue right. I appreciate the fact that they saw a problem and took care of it!

I bought my cart here back in 2020. The owner Mark has always answered my calls and and has personally went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, even 3 years later. His sales guy Coy just shows you what they got and you won't be pressured at all. So here's a chronological account of my experience. After some discussion/negotiations we agreed on a price of 5800 dollars for a used golf cart. We agreed to a delivery date. I arrived with my trailer after a 1 hour plus drive there they brought out a cart that would not move. We helped him push the cart into their shop, not an auspicious beginning, to check the batteries. While negotiating, we had been told that the batteries were only one year old. The batteries were bad and due to our drive we were told they would put new batteries in for no additional cost for our trouble. Now rolling on 45 minutes. Next thing I see them out looking at old carts batteries and they told us they were looking for batteries to put in my cart! About 1 1/2 hours in they told us they would be ready in ten minutes. 20 minutes later some guy came out and told me I needed to move my truck! So I did. I moved it home with no cart. Do not go to this place huge disappointment and lack of truthfulness. read more

They now sell Hey Bike e bikes. Found them on the internet. We are traveling in our RV. Our current e bikes died in our travels!!! Anyway, spoke to them on the phone very polite!!! Found they had a new bike called Hey Bike. Great reviews on this bike. We were going to be passing by so we decided to stop. We met Mark, owner, Coy, manager, and Blake, sales guy. All super guys. We looked at the bikes and fell in love with them. We made the purchase. They made sure I liked the bike and allowed me to test drive it in the parking lot. Experience could not have been better. This was our second time taking it here, different issues each time, and the owner took extra time explaining the issues and giving extra advice on different things! The owner of this "business" finally came out the door after we waited over 10 min and he seemed like he was In a bad mood and with snarky remarks right off and while he was bitching and moaning about this and that he finally got around to showing us two broken down golf carts at ridiculous prices. So I then ask what kind of deal he could make if he got in any good carts ? He totally lost it completely then, my wife was videoing the whole thing and could not believe what was happening . He was sweating, eyes were red and bulging and was just nuts, I ask if he was on meds then he just started jumping up and down. This business and this man need to be tranquilized . There was nobody on the whole place, Just us and this raving sad man . But the good news is We went down the road to Campbell Tx . and went to Texas Golf Carts , Wow what a difference in price, Treatment and a real friendly staff and yes we bought a great cart at a great price, not the ridiculous prices this sad person at Journeys golf cart was asking when he was not whining and yelling. pays to look around. read more
