I absolutely love this salon. I've been a fan for a while. They just did a revamp and it's soooo cute in there. I noticed how clean and the safety they follow. I'm in the beauty industry so I'm aware of rules we are supposed to follow and I def see they are on top of it. My tech is always Chau my nails are always great and last so long. I've never had lifting which is nice because I always do a new set so I wear them until the last minute. read more

I saw zero barbicide or other anti-fungal solutions. File, buffer was not new for each client. The polish painted on their number sample didn't match the color of polish. And my heels are still rough with the top pedicure service they offer, which costs $60. I will not be returning. With so many nail salons, I'd steer clear of this one. read more

We had a reservation for 3. When we got there they only had two chairs open. Once a chair was vacated, the owner asked a patron to move over a chair so we could sit together. It was a bit of an awkward start. That was all forgotten once the foot massage finished and the hot paraffin wax was applied. Not a lot of frills to this place, but good service and pedicure. I will never go back to this location or salon ever. I have never been treated worse by a customer service place, let alone a nail salons. Nail salons should be relaxing and enjoyable and NEVER come close to this! I walked in and I stood there for a good couple of minutes before anyone even said "hello"... the vibe was really boring and nothing in the salon seemed relaxing. I have never been to this salon and wanted to try it out. I told them that I wanted to have my nails taken off because they were overgrown. As soon as I sat down, the man pulled out powder to fill them in. I pulled my hand back and said "I want them taken off" and I was trying to be understanding but I guess he didn't get what I was saying at first so I started to get annoyed. He then pulled out this like painting tool that you use to get paint onto a canvas and started pushing it under my nail and pulling and I kept saying "Ow", "Stop", "Youre hurting me". Again, nothing. I finally had to pull my hand back and tell him that I want some nail polish remover because he didnt get that I was hurting and that I didnt want him to pull anymore at my nails! It hurt! He walked away and took FOREVER to get the nail polish remover. I was about to walk out and leave but then he returned and then gave me the dirtiest glass bowl that I have ever seen. He poured the nail polish remover and then I told him to not cut down my natural nails because I am trying to grow them out because I tend to pick at them and I get fake nails because thats how I am trying to break that habit. I sat there for a good 30ish minutes sitting and then he came back with that same tool and ignored me when I kept saying it hurt and then pulled them all off and held onto my hand SO TIGHT I couldn't move it back. He filed my nails down so thin, they started to bleed on the edges and didnt even say sorry. Not to mention, he cut my nails so short, they still hurt to touch the top of my fingers without being in a lot if pain. I left paying $8. Didn't leave a tip because I am not paying someone to hurt me and ignore how I was feeling. Do not go to this salon ever. Employees don't listen to you, bad prices for the work, they charge .50cents to use your credit card. I would rather be home, pulling them off on my own with nail polish remover and a nail file than ever go back here!!! read more

I used to come here all the time for pedicures before the owners switched over. They used to be the best. Now... not so much. The polish seems to always be messy. And the last two times, some of the polish never dried for several hours and just wiped off. I tried to keep coming back thinking it was a one time thing but it isn't. Worst pedicure I did an appointment an lady came 15 mi. Late, she cut my cuticle so bad that I had 3toes bleeding painting she was disappointed cleaning with her finger and I ask to used. Acetone and her answered was that she was done I told her it was painful the way she was doing it and her answer was when you take a shower it will get clean the owner was not around but worst service from this lady read more

This place is hit or miss. I've had good pedicures here and pretty terrible ones. The last time I came, it was before closing and I wished they would have just told me they were closing instead of taking me, because the nail tech rushed through it, didn't remove any calluses, painted sloppily, then shoved my flip flops on... and of course my polish smudged. The place is nothing special, a little old and dirty. The only thing I liked were the prices, $25 for a deluxe pedi, I think the cheapest I've seen, and if you bring a friend, you both get a discount. read more

Appalling customer service! In utter shock at the abusive language spoken by the female owner in front of my 7 year old daughter, who became upset & immediately wanted to leave. I had an appointment booked for a regular pedicure which was delayed by 30mins. When I questioned the delay, as I had to be back in time to pick up my son from school, the owner began to raise her voice. She explained she was running behind & made no effort to try & accommodate. During the rant, she became verbally abusive to which both her husband & I asked her not too. She offered no apology & instead said I could leave & go elsewhere. I was happy with my pedicure & acrylic nails. Originally went just for pedi, i asked about full set she said $25, i asked if they could do coffin shape and she said they can do that. Great! I decided on a gel polish and they told me $10 extra, cool whatever. They told me pedicure would be $23 ( i just walked in, didnt even look at price, was immediately started on but it didnt matter anyway, i needed it) when all was said and done, i was given a total of $63. Um what? she tells me that length and shape are extra. Really??? Its not even on the sign that i got to look at after my nails were done.. I dont get acrylics often, but wow. She told me about all costs except those. He was very thorough with my pedicure making sure he got all the dead skin off, with all the extra steps between scrubs & lotion & massages & wax I thought I was getting a deluxe pedicure but it was just what hey offer in their regular pedicure, he as well as offer me water. I'm very picky when it comes to my pedicures he over achieved!!! Before noon it's $5 off, so I got a great French pedicure for $21, I will be coming back often & go to him only! They may be cheap, but consider the costs... I was in town from California visiting my sister and asked her to make an appointment for us and our mom wherever it is she gets her pedicures. My mom wasn't happy about going here as the last time she did the woman that did her feet was very rough. My sister and I just blew her off because she can be oversensitive, but I wish I had listened. We had an appointment for 1:15 last Wednesday afternoon for the three of us. We arrived and they knew about our appointment but were not ready for all three of us. One of us (me) had to wait 20 minutes until someone was available. At first we were not able to sit together because in their infinite wisdom they sat the previous appointment (which they had to know was not going to be finished before ours started) in the middle of their four pedicure spa chairs. When the lady finally did start me she never really spoke to me, she'd hit my shin and point to what she wanted me to do. There was plenty of talking between the three pedicurists though... in their native language. I don't mind this, especially if they're just chitchatting about the details of their personal lives, but you can tell when someone speaking another language is just having a conversation about nothing in particular and when they're talking about you. The three women frequently chattered to each other and glanced or motioned in our direction and would laugh. I found this to be very rude. Oh, and guess who ended up with the Torture Queen? Me. My mom wasn't exaggerating. She was very rough with my feet. She clipped and picked excessively around my cuticles with very jerky motions. They seem to have the same kinds of polish that most nail salons have, but my polish chipped before the day was over so I question the quality of what's in the bottle. Despite having started 20 minutes later than my mom & sister, I was finished at the same time as them. Which means my service was shoddy and lacking in quality. I definitely did not receive the same foot/leg massage that they did. I wish I had asked for their names, but they were so soft-spoken and it was hard to understand their English. read more

I have gone here several times I always get my money's worth they staff is nice and they are great with customers but the only issue I have is when I call to book an appointment for 2 people I would love to sit next to the person I came with. I know that sometimes hard to accommodate that but when your pedi has been done for 20 minutes and your friend is still getting theirs done it's a little frustrating. The staff doesn't listen to what you want. I pointed out a color I wanted on my nails and then relaxed in the chair for a massage while they painted my toes (thinking since I had pointed out the color it would be fine). When I looked at the finished product I was shocked to see they had painted them a totally different color then what I had asked for and since it was shellac they couldn't fix it without spending a lot of time trying to remove the polish. The ladies laughed like it was a big joke and then told me to come back next time and they would fit it (like I would ever go back). I was so disappointed in the service. They acted like it was no big deal and didn't even offer a discount for screwing up. I will never go back and I will let all my friends know to not go there as well. read more

This is my favorite place to come and get a pedicure. All the employees do such a great job at giving you a fabulous pedicure for such a low price. They pamper you with amazing hot oils and heated towels and also provided long relaxing foot massages. I have left this nail salon every time very satisfied with my pedicure. I was going to Song's Nails when Trang was managing it & I loved it. Recommended it to so many friends & family. Always so clean, staff was so nice & I was always so pleased with my nails, pedicures, & eyebrows. Since it's been under different management I've kept an open mind & gave all new employees the benefit of the doubt. They all failed me. I got shellac done & before the nail tech was even done doing my nails they were peeling off & bubbling. Not that smooth feel we all like. I then complained the owner still made me pay & said i can come in again for them to fix it just not that night. I went back in & it was still horrible. Seems as if the new manager & staff members don't care about keeping customers or customer satisfaction. She just wants to get you in & out. I would no recommend this place to anyone. I wish Trang & Tina still worked there, but I'm glad Trang opened her new shop Trang Le Nails. I would definitely recommend going there. read more
