Before I put the rest of the money down, I had told Sam what my mechanic thought and Sam said, "No Problem - we will take care of it" and so I paid him the rest. --- Well, long story - short, I went to pick the truck up 2 days later and the problem was still there, as he blatantly was lying to me as I could see the misfire as well as hear the misfire. In short, I believe this business to be not trustworthy - Due to his lack of care for his "30 day warranty" I was left with the truck with the same problem 30 days later. In my experience, it was unnecessarily difficult to get the dealership to honor what had already been agreed to. When I went in to resolve the issue, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. My interactions with both the service department and sales staff felt dismissive, and I left without confidence that the situation was being handled appropriately. Overall, my experience was that once the sale was completed, communication and follow-through were lacking. It took several months to finally receive the second key I had been promised.
