BUYER BEWARE!!!! Worst car buying experience ever, they tried to rip me off and have cut off all…read morecommunication after work was not complete prior to me picking up the car. I bought this car for my son we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ivan the salesman, when we test drove it, it had not been detailed, it needed an alignment and there was a box in the trunk with a tail light in it all of which we were told would be done by the time we picked up the car, non of it was done. We sat down after the test drive we agreed on a price and he said the finance manager would call me to go over financing and finalize the paper work because we had to leave. The finance manager called within 2 hours that part was very easy they sent over a million and one pages I signed and sent everything over, laster that night my husband went threw the paper work because the numbers sounded off, they added a $1400 gap insurance without my knowledge and the price was almost $1000 over what I had agreed to, all things I didn't notice when I was signing, completely my fault for not reading all 50 pages. I called the finance manager and he tells me he will figure it out for when I pick up the car. I showed up a few days later to pick up the car and it was as if no one was expecting me to be there, the finance manager was not there and ivan the salesman was lying to the sales manager tom foster about the price we had agreed on, after I was able to cancel the gap insurance I sat there for almost 2 hours arguing with the Salman and the sales manager ivan finally admitted to the original agreement and tom agreed to cut me a check for the amount added but now im still stuck paying the intest on it. I look at the car, I can tell it has not been touched since iv seen it, but they assure me the mechanical work has been done, but im so tired and stressed from the day we leave, my son tells me its driving weird turns out the alignment is not done and low and behold the dam box for the tail light is still in the trunk, they wrapped it in the carpet trying to hide it, iv emailed tom foster the manager and the owner, iv called multiple times with no response, this car will not pass inspection, and now im going to be stuck paying to have these things fixed, they are scammed and take advantage of people, buyer beware!

I had a car I was trading in, and the deal really worked out in my favor. Quick Lane service center is also top shelf too! Literally, quick service, no nonsense, and in and out. The thing is, I've seen folks just show up for an inspection sticker or oil change without a booking/reservation, and get shooed away because the place is booked and busy. Folks... if you book in advance it is easy peasy. Great service. Clean waiting area and bathroom. Plenty of coffee and water. Very nice and friendly staff. No negatives whatsoever. HWP 18NOV2025

BUYER BEWARE! I would highly recommend against buying a vehicle from this dealership as after my…read moreexperience it is quite apparent that they do not do their due diligence when buying used cars from auctions. I purchased a 2023 GMC Acadia Denali in February of 2025. Negotiations on the price were a challenge as well as getting the documentation after purchasing the vehicle. After requesting the documentation on Feb 24th and being promised they would be on a thumb drive in the cup holder upon pickup, it took me until March 24th to finally receive them! After sending the vehicle back for a shudder at 35 mph twice, I was told this is part of the vehicle's engine makeup. But the best was when I looked closely at the car. It looked like the rear quarter panel paint color didn't match the rest of he vehicle. I didn't know if this was some sort of accent panel that the manufacturer had designed but that couldn't have been further from the truth! Only 14 months after buying the $38,000 vehicle I walked by the rear quarter panel only to discover the paint had cracked! Upon bringing it to two auto body shops I was told the same thing....this car had been damaged and this was a terrible "bondo job" (aka body filler) that has now pulled away and cracked! This bondo job could have easily been discovered with a competent inspection simply by placing a magnet on the discolored quarter panel & any other part of the vehicle! Keep in mind that I was given a CLEAN CarFax report for the vehicle. I then sent a certified letter to the dealership asking for an explanation and help. I requested either my money back or for them to pay for the body work that I need to repair the vehicle. Not surprisingly, I was told my warranty had expired, they are not responsible and it isn't their problem. That is what I call outstanding customer service and a great way to get return business. Once again BUYER BEWARE when interacting with this dealership!

Darryl helped him and sent him the information requested. My brother spoke very highly of Darryl so the next day we went together to test out some cars. I knew once I met Darryl, I was in the right place. We took a couple of cars for a ride, not once did I feel pressure to make a selection. I do want to say my plan going in was to take my time and not jump on the first car I liked, well, that didn't work I bought a car, mostly because I felt ver secure in the process and the car. After Darryl I was sent to talk with Angel Cruz, the finance manager. After talking with Angel, I knew I was going to be fine in my decision. Angel was very nice and personable, took the time to explain and answer and questions that I had. I have been a "Chevy" girl for a long time, I changed because of my experience with this group. Not as poetic as Frank's but the message is the same.

I was subjected to a predatory "bait and switch" and held against my will after hours. I negotiated a written deal for a 2025 Nissan Armada with salesman Jonathan Thomas and manager Joel for $65,150. After they pressured me to post a 5-star Google review, they brought out the final paperwork with the price hiked by $4,410, plus nearly $2,500 in hidden fees (Zurich Shield and Security Guard) we never discussed. When I called out the "error," they admitted they changed the negotiated price of the vehicle. It was after closing; I was the only woman in the building with four men. They refused to return the keys to my trade-in vehicle, effectively trapping me there to force a sale. The manager repeatedly called me "sweetheart" in a patronizing attempt to dismiss my concerns. I had to repeatedly demand my own property back (car keys) before fleeing to the Brockton Police Department to report the incident. These particular associates at Nissan 24 are dishonest and predatory. Share this to protect others from these tactics.
