The temp in my house fell overnight and I have guests coming for Christmas. I called Mr Comfort and Ricki was at my house in less than two hours. Even in the terrible conditions we were under. He knew right away the furnace had to be replaced - I have a heat pump and there was no Emergency Heat. A team arrived not two hours later, took out my old 20+ year system and put in a new one. The next year the coil broke, and they came out to replace it, charging a very high price for both parts and labor. We only realized how overpriced it was after a different technician later looked at the work. This year, the same compressor they installed just two years ago failed again. Their quote to replace it was around $2,000 for labor alone -- roughly triple what an independent technician quoted us for the same job. We've also paid for a membership for years that was supposed to include two inspections annually. Those inspections never happened. When we asked, they said we hadn't answered their calls -- but we never received a single call, email, or letter from them. Most concerning of all: when the new technician inspected the unit, he told us the parts had been installed incorrectly, which likely explains why they failed so quickly and why the AC never cooled to full capacity. Between the repeated failures, the overcharging, and the membership we paid for but never received service on, this experience cost us significant time and money. I'd recommend getting a second opinion before hiring them.

Its not easy. I know but the rewards are epic a lot of times. I called your establishment today. I am from Oregon. I am helping my son, who recently became a single father of 2, with his casa. We recently had our Heating and air conditioning fixed by 3 very kind gentleman after not having air conditioning for over 7 days. It was brutal! Thanks Guys!!! Wish I remembered their name. He forgot ok, ask again...he forgot. Now hes at work, I need help and every # for the realitor online is a wrong #. So i dial Viking Air and ask for help. She askes me to check to see if its icyle on the condenser outside. NO ICE. Then she say she cannot do anything for me because I need to call the realtor and have her call Viking. I explain that my sons at work, realtors can't be reached and that I am frustrated. I don't know what to do. She offered to give me the realtors # ... I said Yay. You have their #, omgoodness I can't find that anywhere. She then immediately back tracks and says she cannot give me that info... I talk over her... begging to be given a manager or the #... there must be a way... i need help, and there be a loophole... right? No, she hangs up on me. I call back 10 or so minutes later hopeful... gonna beg for a loophole. Jen answers, I say Jennifer I am sorry, I don't mean to...she cuts me off... says they are on their way ... I tell her THANK YOU SO MUCH, I DIDN'T MEAN TO BE RUDE I just needed help and felt lost. She said... "Yes, you did mean it and hung up.... slammed the phone down." Its 4pm... Viking closes at 5pm...I called at 9:30am... still nobody has come here nor have I been contacted. Jen. You are better than this, right? If not you shouldn't be answering the phone. Update!!!! They brought 4 men, this house is being attended to in a manner that is befitting a property management company. The catalyst was the dibocal from yesterday. So Friday night I exhale and climb in only to think it's ice water. NOT a great surprise. Really...and of course it's a Friday. So I ask a friend for a recommendation the next morning and he gave me this number. I called and left a message, and in the next 10 minutes or so I got a return call. He was out picking up an appliance for his residence, but promised he would be at my house with water heater in tow ASAP. And he was. He did an excellent job and was so friendly. And he called Monday morning to be sure I was happy. That's the kind of service I like! So if you need a plumber, Bob Rodriguez gets my seal of approval. And that's all I'm gonna say about that.
