I promptly arranged for repairs, as I occasionally use the furnace on cooler nights, even when daytime temperatures don't require it. Unfortunately, the first appointment was canceled at the last minute, and the second appointment couldn't be completed because the new heat exchanger arrived damaged, necessitating a reorder. Additionally, I was overcharged for cleaning the blower, which wasn't performed due to the heat exchanger issue. I'm still awaiting a refund and am uncertain about when the furnace repairs will be finished. This situation could have been managed more effectively, and I hope everything gets resolved soon.
