I was told it was in a dropbox in their safe and no one could open it. On Monday I spoke to Agusto who said he would write a note on the safe to return my Samsung S21 and they would call me . Once I arrive there the manager Ray assisted me right away and introduced me to Noberto who is the technician throughout the transaction. Even the prices that are $160 and all the way to $125 is that the people that repaired the phone for those prices, will not give you a straight answer to: "is it LCD or OLED? " Their replies for $130, $140, to even $160 is that it's "premium" beware LCD screens will use up more battery and the colors on your screen will be off. So I signed on to the DMV website and found my tags were due on 03/8/22 and to avoid the DMV long lines and frustrations local AAA branches are the way to go especially if you are a member. Since I am a member they waived the extra 10% fee they add to your charge I forget what it is called. Since I wasn't too sure I just used cash. Anywho, when I walked in I was greeted by an elderly man who asked what I was in for . I let him know to pay my DMV tags and he checked me in and informed me to wait in their waiting room. I waited for a few minutes . The waiting area was definitely quiet , clean and huge. A few minutes later my name was called and a lady helped me. I provided the necessary information for them to look up my information since I didn't have the DMV notice. My tags were about $391 this year but I am good to go for the rest of the year! Overall, I would recommend AAA whether you are a member or not you can pay your tags here and save yourself time and sanity! I would come to this location in a heart beat any day! All staff was friendly and polite and helpful.

I even have one of their relay towers within 500 feet of my home, and in the beginning the service was decent. Over time, however, the connection slowed significantly. When I called customer service, they upgraded me at no extra cost, but only after I asked. I found it frustrating that they don't automatically extend available upgrades to loyal customers. Their policy seemed to be that you have to complain or ask before they offer improvements--even if your service is struggling. That didn't make sense to me from a customer service standpoint. In the past year, the issues have gotten worse. Video meetings often cut out or force me to turn off my camera because of poor connection speed. I've spent countless hours troubleshooting and calling customer support, but nothing has resolved the problem. I finally tested a new internet option and was shocked at the difference: four times the speed at half the cost. When I called to cancel Unwired, they didn't even try to keep me as a customer--they simply admitted their product wasn't the best available and let me go. My advice: Before signing up with Unwired, research other options. It doesn't take long to find better internet service at a much better price.
