When I called the sound warehouse they said not only that they would be able to get me in today at 2:30, but they had the lowest price. What was even better is only an hour after I called, they called me back to let me know they would be able to get me in even earlier. I dropped the car off and they said it would be done before the end of the day. And sure enough, they gave me a call about 40 mins before they closed to confirm it was done. All the employees I interacted with were professional and helpful. 10/10 recommend bringing your car here

The R8 Coupe has space…read morebetween the seats and the engine for subwoofers but the R8 Spyder has no space because the canopy drops down back there. So they could either hide the sub in the console with a small subwoofer or put it in the passenger footwell. They were able to tweak the timings of the speakers so the sub hits at the right time with no lag. They did a very good job. Got a decent amount of bass now considering how small the car is. Also they have excellent ongoing support. I blew an Amplifier and they replaced it for free. Thats above and beyond if you ask me.

About 10 months after the installation, my door locks started acting possessed, so I took it to another shop. Turns out the wiring harness near the fuse box had been left loose and was getting pulled every time I used the emergency brake. Yes, emergency brake and live wires. Awesome. The second shop had to reroute the wires and secure everything so my car could go back to its original role: reliable transportation, not "Fast & Furious: Electrical Malfunction." That fix cost me $245.39 out of pocket. I tried to handle this like a normal adult, I emailed Mike politely asking for reimbursement. Ignored. Sent a certified letter. Ignored. Followed up again before the deadline. Also ignored. At this point, I've had more communication with spam callers than with this business. I would've given the benefit of the doubt that this was a one-time mistake, things happen but it looks like he botched up someone else's car in a similar manner and the complete radio silence afterward is what really stands out. Didn't even try to make it right. Based on the glowing reviews, I can only assume they're written by close friends, family, or possibly Mike himself on a really good day. If you're looking for dashcam installation without unexpected bonus features (like electrical roulette), I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I got an estimate from one company, but when I read the reviews I decided to get another estimate. I went to Innovative Audio, which had great reviews. They gave me a quote less than the other one. I dropped it off and a few days later they called saying it was done. The system looked great! Nick gave me the total and before I paid he said "wait, we didn't use some of the parts I originally quoted so he took off another $300. He could have easily let me pay the original quote but was very honest. Great service and great price. I've used the system for a couple weeks now and it works great. Got this installed last year. Sloppy, careless employee…read morewhoever he was, I have a stealth woofer with an amplifier kit that I took to get installed. My stealth woofer comes custom with the measurements for the amplifier to be centered perfectly in the middle so that's where I requested it to be put but instead he put it under the seat so I came back for it to get fixed, he then had the audacity to insist that he has always installed them under seats when I'm the customer not every build is the same bud this one's designed for it. After my request the amplifier intentionally got installed crooked to the edge of my stealth woofer it not being centered properly so that's one issue. I don't even wanna bother showing it this company ain't it with that type of employment. That's not even the best part the wiring was a shit show first of all, perhaps zip ties or something. My insulated floor mat got installed sloppy improperly when they finished so I had to correct everything and tucked in what they left sticking out. It's not that hard to satisfy a customer wants take notes.
