We had a problem with our IPhones. We went to the Xfinity store in Acworth and got a great associate, Jordan Reynolds. He told us what was happening and he told us every step of the way what he was doing to correct the problem. He did not rush us and he was very professional and personable. Anthony DuPree was excellent at the Acworth store!!! He patiently helped me for well over an hour and uncovered and un-raveled how my big mess of a situation happened, not by accident, but on purpose. I had a month long problem that originated at the Canton 3rd party store. He helped uncover how they purposely added a 2nd phone line to my account without my approval. Stay away from that Canton store!!!!!! They will lie and lie and say anything to make a sale and make their commission. They gave me a 2nd phone # without my approval. I went back to the store 4 times to have them correct their mistake, and even Monet, the mgr., lied to my face to cover her employee's actions. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! They are a branded partner (3rd party) store. Go to the store near Merchants Walk or Acworth on 41, which are true Xfinity stores, and those stores will deal with you honestly!!! I've had no problems with this place. I have only come here to pick up or drop off equipment. The space is nice and comfortable, clean and modern. It has never been crowded or too busy when I stopped in. Parking is fine - easy. I always find a space in front of the building. The staff is friendly and efficient. The last time I stopped in - I woke up one morning and my cable (tv) didn't work. I tried unplugging my box a few times to reset it but it never came back up. That afternoon I stopped in with my broken box, told the greeter my name and what my problem was. I was asked to wait. Ten or fifteen minutes later, my name was called and I was met with a new cable box. I asked if this box worked just like my last one but with a different remote and the answer was "yes" and I was out the door. Easy. read more

August 2025; came in for 3 issues (trouble-ticket followup, laptop connectivity, account promo). worked with 'Jordan', we sat at their status-bar and worked through the first 2 issues. He then handed me off to one of their sales reps, waited 15 minutes but no worries as Jordan was kind enough to plug in my laptop and I wrote this review :) Good service, a little delay on getting a salesperson to assist but Tasha came to the rescue and quickly answered my last question. Meh. The store is laid out in a very new, chic way: a big TV with designer chairs around it, stations scattered around the exterior, all the workers with earbuds. Nothing good or bad about that, just a description. It took them a while to get to me, in spite of my going in the middle of the day. There were two customers in front of me, and there were about six workers in the room, but many of the workers seemed to be busy doing something or other. The kindest person in the store was the woman wiping down handles and cleaning chairs. She kept telling me someone would be right with me and apologizing for my wait. When I finally got to be helped, the guys were kind enough. They could take care of some of my problems (a question about billing), but there were other things (changing my rate) that I "would have to call customer service about." I don't really get the point of having a brick-and-mortar store if the store can't solve customer's concerns. So three stars. It wasn't terrible, and it's there, but I'm not sure they'll prove helpful when all is said and done. read more

These fools are a special kind of incompetent. I returned 3 security cameras that I planned to add to my home security system because they were wired instead of wireless. These idiots screwed up a simple hardware return so badly, that my home security no longer works and I have to replace all of my hardware and sensors and get everything reinstalled!!!! Custoner service at Comcast can only transfer you to a tech if you call billing, or transfer you to billing if you call tech support. no one can help anymore. I'm done with these clowns. read more

This was the easiest process I've ever had in my life with Xfinity. I walked in with a huge box and a woman immediately came and politely took it from me (she could tell I was struggling lol). She asked if it was a return or swap, I let her know that I was swapping and she took the equipment out of the box went to the back, brought me new equipment within a matter of five minutes and I was completely done. No questions asked...10/10 recommend!!! read more

This store and the management team are horrible. O have been trying to negotiate with xfinity for over four months now but today was the last straw. After going inside the store to discuss rates and cell phones, I had a horrible experience and was asked to leave the store. It started when a young man who looked to be about 20 starting alking to me about my situation. I have been with xfinity for 8 years now. 30 moths ago I went with xfinity mobile to save some money. We have unlimited text and talk for 30.00 a month per line. so Iasked about new phones and this "kid" quoted me full price on both phones. Was told the phone I purchased 30 months ago was not eligible for any trade in value, after it cam from xfinity and I paid almost $40.00 per month for 2 years. Was told my wife's I-Phone 13 was only worth $20.00 towards a trade in. I told this kid this was ridiculous and moved to my cable bill. My cable bill went up this year from $112.00 per month to over 165,00 per month so I told this kid I wanted to cancel my cable tv because I stream almost everything anyway. This kid then informs me that I am under contract. I told this kid it is not true because the contract was past the 24 month period by three month. I told this kid I have been constantly updating and checking the system for three straight months, and I was told I did not know what I was talking about because xfinity hasn't had any of the programs I was referring to. I told this kid that is not true, and this kid immediately stated I was disrespecting him. Now at this point I am upset and I asked to see the manager. about 30 seconds later a manager comes from the back all bowed up like he is ready to fight and tells me I di9srespected his associate by calling him a Liar. Before he even came out his mind was made up. The manager then stated I was being aggressive and asked me to leave. During this whole time 2 other associates as taking pot shots and trying to interject themselves into a conversation that they had no business being a part of. BTW...FYI, I talk loud due to a hearing loss from the military and was not asked why I am being loud. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR EMPLOYEES LIKE THESE IN A RETAIL ENVIRONMENT, I know I am a GM for a retail store. "Due to Covid" they do not open till 11:00am despite Google saying 9am and Comcast corporate saying 9am. This is easy to remedy yet they do not care enough about their customers to do so. Made a special trip here just to find out they won't be here for another 2 hours. Spoke with a representative to get services started for internet in my home and explained my needs for work as far as streaming and VoIP video calls. Was assured the package recommend would be sufficient and then once I started working from home the calls we patchy in and out and clients complained about me sounding like a robot. I called to get help and was forced to use the app for faster responses and when I finally got to customer service they did not have my account information which I was told they would since I signed in app so I had to relay all my Information multiple times and the agent told me I had services on my account I had not asked for. I then explained what my issue was hoping she could help and recommended I upgrade to a faster speed so I asked for a supervisor since I was already told the package I got was sufficient. I was told the supervisor was too busy and she couldn't guarantee a call back but would note it in my account. read more

I am not happy with Xfinity as a whole. I purchased a 12iphone and was told the difference was the camera to the 12plus. Well I saw yesterday that is not true that it is much bigger. I called to exchange the phone and was told that I couldnt because i was 2 days from the buyers remorse grace period. Now, I have cable/internet Appx $350/month, two phones, ipad and about to add another phone line, and they will not work with me on the two days. Also, when i first got my phone they over charged me and I WORKED with them to corrected them taking too much money out of my account. Funny how i have to work with them to get my own money back and they wont work with me so i can give them more money. Poor Poor customer service! read more

It started good enough but as soon as we started working on opening a brand new account it all went to hell. Cayle didn't know how to do anything. She asked for help and was helped by great an employee without a name tag but she had to leave. Saliym was asked to help and would rather unload boxes then help a customer. I sat for 20 minutes as each employee that was helping me (Cayle and Saliym) chose to help someone else. Thank God for Chris. He came up to me, in between helping his customer, to see if I needed help and of course I said yes. He then finished with his person and helped me like a true decent person and professional. I don't even want to give them one star. We had to set it up through Comcast because are apartment complex only provided them. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday, August 24. We received a call saying our address didn't exist, so we gave it again and they said okay perfect. A few days before our appointment for them to come out and service us, we received another call saying again the address was not real. So my boyfriend went to the Comcast store on Cobb parkway. There they were nothing but sarcastic and rude. They then proceeded to tell him that the address doesn't exist because the apartment complex is new. That meant they needed to come out and do something else before they could get us set up. We asked about our appointment for Saturday, and they told us they cancelled it WITHOUT DISCUSSING OR CALLING US TO EXPLAIN!! So already extremely upset, we tried to schedule a time for them to come service our apartment YET AGAIN. The man that helped my boyfriend in the store told him they couldn't come out until September 16th..... They also charged him $50 for coming in and setting up a scheduled time, and expected $70 for when they came out. I don't know if it's because we are young or because Comcast has the WORST customer service, but you guys lost our business and I will be letting our apartment office know how HORRIBLE Comcast is. I go to school FULL TIME and need this internet access ASAP. Anyways. My boyfriend went back and the same employee greeted him with nothing but rude and sarcastic conversation. I recently signed up with Xfinity. I read the channels that I wanted to the agent. I had the agent (Joel) read the channels back. I closed the deal, the next day my service was installed. I reviewed the channel line up and found that I was short (2) of the channels that I had specified. I called customer no service and was told: sorry about that, we will discipline Joel. Came in yesterday to have an account transferred to my brother. At first it seemed like the service was going to be great. Then it started going downhill fast: First, I waited for an 40 min to talk to someone. Second, as soon as I sat down I noticed a female employee with a horrible attitude and displayed a unprofessional outlook (to say the least). Came out of the back room with food in her mouth and chewing with her mouth open..! WTF, and of course this is the person that called my name. After, explaining I spoke with Customer Service on the phone and they told me to just go to any Xfinity store with our licenses and that's all we needed to do. Well, the female employee first told me my account was inactive which wasn't true at all because my brother just had to pay 60.00 to have someone come to his new apartment and "Professional Install" it.. and everything was working fine. She then went to tell me that we are running on Xfinity Wi-Fi that's why we are getting service still..!! Mind you this employee isn't taking what I am trying to explain into consideration.!! Finally, after getting on the same page she told me about a NEW policy Comcast has in place now... Long story short I called Customer Service and told them what just happened, Thank God the lady I spoke with on the phone was completely understanding and apologized numerous times. Overall, I will drive to Hiram before dealing with this location EVER again..!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! I turned in an old box, and the guy that took it gave me a receipt with a bar code on it and told me that it would be 15 minute wait to see someone. I told him that I was just dropping off the box, he said "yes, I know". So, I wait for 40 minutes. this guy calls me up I hand him the receipt with the bar code on it, he then hands me a receipt for the box I turned in when I got there for me to sign. I asked why I had to wait 40 minutes just to sign a receipt, he very rudely asks, "well, who else is going to give you one?" "The guy I gave the box to?!" I told him. And then he went on a rant asking me why on earth would the receptionist be able to give me a receipt. I then explained to him that I didn't work there, I was asking a legitimate question and that he could cut out his facetious tone. he just looked at me. After putting up with the poor internet and satellite from AT&T, I visited the Xfinity store in Ackworth. I previously called the Comcast 800 number twice but got frustrated with the language barrier (I'm sure they were in India) so I made an online appointment to visit the Ackworth location. I waited less than 5 minutes when Savitri called me to her desk. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and helped design a product for my specific needs. She also arranged for installation the following day. The technician who visited my home (I believe his name was Willie) was excellent. I highly recommend this location and Comcast. Kudos to Savitri and Willie for their excellent service. read more

This company and store are both horrible. Most aggrivating part, in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, you have to wait over an hour to be seen. There are tons of stations but nobody working them. Guess it's ok though because you do get to watch your name count down on the list of 10 people before you. And they have GIANT TV's playing to remind you that you don't have that at home, because your service will be out. Given the reason for my visit, no connection. I had already spoken to three people on the phone before I went into this store. The girl in person was super nice, very helpful, got everything "sorted out"... then I got home and nothing worked. No Cable. No Internet. Called customer service the next day. And the next day. And the next day. It's been 10 days and I still have no connection but you better believe they sent me a bill for the full month. AND they don't have any appointments for technicians who can come to my house to fix it for 4 more days. TWO FULL WEEKS OF NO CONNECTION. This is absolutely unacceptable. I hate Comcast and Xfinity with a passion, unprofessional, unacceptable, unhelpful. There is no excuse. Buyer beware. read more
