To my surprise, it was $50! I asked her what the availability to have the screen fixed was and she told me she could do it now because it would take her at most 45 minutes. I was really shocked! I have had my screen fixed before and it took 24 hours! To further my surprise it actually only ended up taking her about 30 minutes. I do not know what she did or how she did it, but the screen fixe has made my calls clearer and seems to have also made the phone function better. She was even able to tell me after she fixed it whether or not there was any water damage. Color me impressed, but you do not get great customer service like this today. When I called to confront him about this ludicrous statement he told me to "shut up"! Being a business owner for nearly 2 decades I truly understand customer service and ethical conduct as a business owner and Phillip Ampel the owner of AAA is probably one of the most unprofessional, dishonest individuals I have come across. Chris called me back in like 20 minutes! He had great info for me and told me who I could call for help. His lead was a good one. We had an issue with one zone having errors after my toddler was tampering with the motion sensor. One quick call later, their tech walked us through disabling the zone in minutes. I honestly can't say enough about how much better this experience has been than working with ADT or Ackerman!! With ADT, I'd still be on hold, getting transferred endlessly, only to be told a tech could come out a week later to try and upsell us a whole new system. Switch to Premier. Despite asking for an experienced technician to call to help with the computer issue (Chrome throwing up an error message several times a day) a young-sounding man called who despite knowing what the problem was in advance, had done nothing to prepare for the call. He didn't have any ideas regarding how to correct the issue I was experiencing with the Chrome browser. He checked a few things that I had checked a million times. This was a complete waste of money and I still haven't received an invoice from the company, but today I received a harassing text from some company called SquareUp threatening to turn the bill over to collections if they don't receive payment. Have no idea if it's regarding the non-work done by Roswell Computer or not since I'm still waiting for an invoice from them. When I looked up the number, it's from a place called Atlanta Repair Computer Service and NOT from Roswell Computer Repair, so have no idea if it's even the same company. Update: Talked with Roswell Computer Company today and they claimed to have emailed an invoice and stated my email correctly. However, when the representative started spelling out the email, he stopped and said that they had a typo in the email address and that's why I hadn't received it. He corrected their typo and the email arrived shortly aftward. Avoid this company! They do not have experienced technicians contact you even when you specifically ask for that.
