Comcast Cable has the worst customer service ever. 2 calls and 2+ hours on the phone and we still can't seem to transfer our service from one address to another. It is as if they have never been asked by a current customer to move service to a new home in the same service area. The worst customer service ever! Believe it or not, my problems with Comcast started before I was ever even their customer. About to buy my first home, I checked my credit report just to make sure everything was fine as I expected. Much to my surprise, there was an unpaid bill from Comcast. I'd never even had an account with Comcast. In previous places where I'd lived with roommates, the cable bill had never been in my name. And, I was currently living in an apartment complex that had it's own cable system. So, I called the number to tell them that this wasn't my account. The woman's response was just to ask me a series of questions, including my current address and phone number. I had no choice but to answer. Then, she told me that the total was due today and they accepted Visa, MasterCard, etc. I tried telling her again that it wasn't my account. I finally managed to get her to tell me that the account was listed for my current address, but was closed the year before I moved in. When I told her that I didn't even live there at the time, she simply repeated what she said about the total being due that day. I just hung up. After all, I had my lease for proof. Fortunately, when I took up my dispute with the credit bureau, they sided with me. When it was time to sign up for cable and internet at my new place, I found that Comcast was the only company serving my address. The issues started right from the installation. They set up an appointment, not for a specific time of day, but for a block of several hours during which they could show up any time. Then, after I waited at home all day, they didn't even show up. So, they made the same appointment again for the next day and once again, they didn't show up! This time, when I managed to get ahold of someone, she sent a worker out an hour later. (They did give me a $20 credit for each of these days, but that's not much for two wasted days.). Then, they started sending my bills to the wrong address, which I didn't know about until I got a call saying the account was about to be disconnected for non-payment. The Internet would frequently freeze up and I had to reset the modem about twice a week. Sometimes, that wouldn't work and I would need to set up an appointment to have someone come out. Then, they would or wouldn't show up. Another problem was the ridiculously high prices once my introductory rate ran out. They denied it when I told them I knew people they charged less for the same service. (One was even my uncle.) So, of course, I dumped them the minute other businesses started offering service in my area. Then, it was finally time to package up the modem in the prepaid UPS box they gave me and send it back to them. By now, I expected the worst from them. So, I made a point to write down the tracking number from the label before I sent it in. Sure enough, I soon found a fine on my account along with their claim that I'd never returned their equipment. So, I tracked the package with UPS and they confirmed that they'd delivered it almost a week earlier. They made the usual excuses, of course, but I think they just realized that this was their last chance to aggravate me and had to make a final act. Oh well. Good riddance. read more

If I could give no stars, I would. The process of trying to set up Xfinity internet in my home has been nothing short of nightmarish. I called. I set up the install. So far, so good. My wife took time off to be home for the tech. I got a call that he was at the door so I let her know. My wife said he wasn't there. Turns out Comcast sent him to the wrong address because our address "wasn't in the system." That would've been good to know when I called the first time. My wife walked out to the street in time to see the tech driving away from the house across the road. I called Comcast. They said I'd need to call Billing to change my address before they could send a tech out again. About 10 phone calls (not exaggerating) and several days later, we still don't have internet or even an install set up. I was told that a proper account needed to be set up for us by the business department. I got a call from the business department saying the account had been created and that I should call the main helpline to set up the install. But when I called the main line to set up the install, they couldn't locate the account. I feel like screaming and gouging my eyes out at the same time. If there was any other internet provider option in my area, any at all, I would've called them days ago. I don't think I've ever experienced such horrible service from anyone, ever. Update: I just got a call from a customer service agent asking why I want to cancel my service. It's not even set up yet. read more

Xfinitiy by Comcast is the absolute worst! Their internet service is inconsistent and their customer service sucks! Don't waste your time or money - WOW is actually a great option and any issues I had were always quickly resolved. read more

Worthless internet service. My wife uses it often for working from home and her colleagues in India have faster service(and probably a lot cheaper). There is nothing redeeming about xfinity. Not only is it slow, but it just randomly cuts out at least 2-3 times per week. Complete waste of money. read more

One star is the biggest over-rating ever. I am an office manager at a business and we recently switched to comcast. HUGE MISTAKE! It's been a nightmare. Each time I call to try and resolve a problem such as ,our customers can't get thru it just rings and rings, I am given the run around tole things like "Well we will move this to the escalations department or thats not our fault it's because of you're previous carrier. The Sales guy is nice and helpful and once you sign the contract u are done for. More headaches than you ever could imagine. Run do not walk away from comcast as fast as you can. read more

What a nightmare. Moving to Ann Arbor, I was forced to sign up for Comcast at my new Apt. I received a self install kit on Thursday, excitedly I install all the components, the only problem is THE DATA WIRE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING ISN'T PLUGGED IN. I call Comcast to get a tech over to just plug it in (you need some special tool to do it). 10 hours of being put on hold later... Unfortunately all techs are busy until the following week. I really cant stand anyone that works for comcast. very rude, the people at the store havrle no idead at all whats going on with the people you talk to over the phone. Is almost as if they all use different computer systems. They messed up on my bill meny time but only credited back a few times. Just very bad all around customer service oh and to top it all off.... Better than at&t, but not by much. Since Net-neutrality was abolished the service has gone downhill. Slower speeds than promised and frequent outages. The power of word of mouth- DO NOT get COMCAST!!!! I have used Comcast, AT&T and WOW in the past two years, I used to think I was the happiest with Comcast, however I just went to order a $5 movie and was declined! Who does not want my $5????? When I called to find out why, it is because out account balance for 1.5 months of service and installation is $369.00 I'm sorry but no cable is that great!!!!! Where I live Comcast is the only real choice I'm very sad to say. The south side of my home is covered with tree over 80 feet high so " The Dish" which makes it impossible to use. I called Comcast Customer Service or Non service because my pass word would no longer work. No reason I didn't do anything it just stop working. The First call was on a Thursday about 3:20 from my office which I was on hold for 22 minutes then again from home at 5:40 and I was on the hold for 40 minutes so I opted for a call back ( with in 30 minutes) which never happen so I gave up and tried again on Friday. After 20 minute I spoke to " Charles" whom I talked to. So according him I would have to wait 42 hours for call but the call could only come to my home phone. But the number on my account was my cell.. But no that wasn't good for them. Now this delay means that I can't get to my emails until I have a new pass word which I had no need to change Comcast had denied me access not my choice. So Monday come and no call so I call again and spoke with a young lady who informs me that I will have to call back in the morning for a reset pass word which will take an other72 hours for call back. Which is Monday. But she worked with me for over a hour and gave me a new pass word that still wouldn't work. She pass this up to service ticket. But I would have to call back an other day. Six days have passed and still no pass word and no access. Nice customer service yea? As you see this is a very long and unnecessary. It two more days to get my pass word reset I called the Customer service and told him the long miserable story but I must have bored him so he just hung up with out a word. No I didn't call back. This is literally the biggest joke of all time. I've unfortunately have had comcast for going on 10 years and is the service is horrendous. Every time I've moved its been a huge issue. This last time I called to transfer my service on Dec 8 to do the self install and to be set up when I moved on Dec 19. They told me I was all set but would likely need to call and activate the equipment but said I could keep my current DVR box and all my current equipment. Well Dec 20th I call to active only to be told I need a new DVR box (less than 12 months old) and then I attempted to call only to be given another run around saying that in fact my service was not transferred. I don't understand how this company can advertise the Movers Edge program when its actually only a bigger hassle. The previous owners had Comcast already so it should be a simple install in just hooking up my existing equipment but no its apparently a big deal and now I've been on the phone talking with multiple agents. So Pissed with #Comcast right now. Been with out internet since last Tuesday and we have called them and gone through the support route. They sent out a tech Friday who ran test and determined that the cables going through the apartment were bad and need to be replaced. That was scheduled for today. I had to take off of work this afternoon to meet another Tech to do the wiring. He goes in to the closet that contains the cabling and he sees a splitter on our line that is not splitting to anything. He takes that off and hooks the cable correctly and now I have internet. Now I am not pissed that this that I was with out internet for over a week, I am pissed at the support I received with #Comcast as I have had issues with the cable ever since I have moved here in October and we have many of Techs out here since then and they never came to this fix that was found by removing a simple splitter that had no use to being there. I couldn't agree more to these comments. I also had my rates raised to $62 JUST for internet, without any other options other than AT&T (768 k for $20), which I do not consider an option. Comcast is holding me hostage to these rates, and constantly try to upsell me to phone and TV. My daughter just dropped them, and not only was she transferred 3 times, she was on the phone for 45 minutes. Interesting how you can sign up for their services online, but not drop them. Lucky she just did it last week, because the charge for dropping the service went from $2 to $5 for the privilege of dumping thier service! read more

NEVER purchase a gift card from comcast! If your card is lost or (more likely) stolen, comcast policy states that you must have the card number to get reimbursed. Well, obviously having the number would negate the need for a card at all since you simply punch the number in via phone or computer for payment or purchase. And that seems to be the point. Comcast playing the odds that their customers may not fully use the card and therefore they've given themselves a gift. A monetary gift that the purchaser has no means of getting back. At all. You say they can trace the number via your account? No. They can look up the card number on your original purchase? Nope. Their policy is simple: have the card number, get the card, don't have it, lose your money. Excellent odds for comcast considering all the theft that happens each day. Purchasing a gift card from comcast is a true gamble. A gamble that you will never misplace your card, will never have your purse or wallet stolen or home broken into, or will never, at any time, not have that card in your possession until it is used in full. Oh, and if you're thinking "well I'll just add it all at once as a credit on my account". Yeah, no. They don't do that either. You can only pay what you owe and if your gift card is more than your bill you are back to that same gamble. A gamble with no pay off and no potential for anything but a loss. Save your money. My cable has been out for a week. Daily, I have called Concast to try to get the problem resolved, and the only person I am able to talk to just tries to sell me a new package. Problem not resolved after five days. Oddly enough, when the crappy cable does work I see Concast commercials all the time saying they knew their customer service wasn't very good in the past, but now it's much better. LIARS!!! First - This review may be long, but I promise you it's worth your time to read it! Second - When I speak with any customer service rep, or any 'technician' from ANY company, I'm extremely cordial and kind (you catch more flies with honey than ya do vinegar, right? Frankly, it's usually not the tech's fault (*usually*) that my cable/internet is on the fritz.... "Usually", as I said. Moving on ;)...I had Xfinity/Comcast cable and internet installed in November, 2014. Since then, I've spoken with their cust. service reps more than I speak with most of my own family. When the 'technician' arrived, before even saying 'hello', he said "you on a crawl?" to my husband and myself (frankly, it was difficult to understand him, but my 'better half' understood, and answered). After my BH said "yes', the man said "I don't DO crawls". I informed him that, upon making the appointment, I in fact TOLD them that we're "on a crawl(space)" - In face, THEY ASKED. He told me that 'they' don't tell 'them' those sorts of things (so WHY ASK in the first place???). The tech was here for four hours; he "installed" cable boxes in three rooms, as well as internet. Now, my "better half" decided he would keep the technician company and it would be better if I kept my dog calm and locked myself in a room with him so that he didn't start ripping things apart (my dog doesn't DO that, but that's a story for another time... Hmph). BTW, I'll get to the reason I use quotes around 'installed' in a minute. ... The tech was here for four hours AND had to call in backup. He showed up at noon, and he and his buddy left at 4pm. I came out of my little prison - dog still alive and well - to see that the cable guy(s) hooked up the new cable boxes to EXISTING WIRES, and put the modem in the bedroom furthest from any sign of life in the rest of the house. Why? My husband told me that guy said it 'was easiest that way". Well, I didn't pay for "easiest" for HIM, I paid to have the things installed correctly, and get this - in the living room, the coax cable stretches across 16ft, from the old wire the last homeowners placed, all the way over to our TV, and it lies across a major doorway (read: if you're not paying attention, it's way too easy to trip over the darned thing - especially in the middle of the night... I'm not speaking from experience, or anything). See, the guy didn't want to go into our crawl space and do things correctly (you know, cuz 'he doesn't DO crawls'), and hey! We already had wires in every. Single. Room in the house - Why put them to waste?!?! The modem, as I said, is in the furthest bedroom (from anything else) in the house, and now, we get interruptions every few minutes with our internet (I had to copy/paste this review and keep crossing my fingers that I'd have wifi long enough for it to go through). The modem SHOULD have been installed in the living room, which you may have guessed, is in the MIDDLE OF THE HOUSE!!!!! We have wet plaster walls, which likely have wire running through them, so the wifi has a hard time passing through umpteen million walls to get to the opposite side - or just to the middle - of our home. I've had to schedule a 're-do' appointment with another technician... And they wanted to charge me (AAAAARGH!). Luckily, I asked about any possible charges before hanging up with the rep, and they 'waved the service fee because it was a mistake on the original technician's part" - Oh, how kind of them.... I've had to reschedule the appointment a few times, which I'll talk about in another review since this is so... Well... Long. Oh, and I've thought about eating the $220.00 I spent on installation and the first month's service, but Comcast is one of two - count 'em - TWO - internet providers in my area (I live in a huge city, BTW), and they're the cheapest. For one they have just one level of support that you can get to over the phone and they are not very knowledgeable to say the least. So if you are in need of any technical assistance that ventures beyond connection your computer to your modem FORGET IT!!! My Issue: I was just on the phone with comcast for over an hour. In that time I was told to hang up & call again since she couldn't help & I was hung up on twice while trying to connect me to another agent. I am very frustrated. I spoke with an agent who could get my monthly cost INCLUDING all taxes down to $166.01. That price was for 24 months. They then transferred me to customer retention who said that she could discount my bill by $20 a month for 6 months but she didn't have the $166.01 in the system. I need all this in the system. AND I need to see how you can lower my bill even more I finally went online and asked for costumer retention. She couldn't do anything. She said that she would put a note in my file and someone would contact me. I am not very optimistic. She then told me (after 1.5 hours that I would have to call back.) If you can avoid Comcast, do so. Their customer services are horrible!! read more

If I could give them a zero, I would. The internet service "went down" every month, speeds decreased to as low as 1 Mbps, and customer support is nonexistent. The company has tried to charge me as much as 5 and 6 times my monthly rate. After cancelling my service in writing in March, 2016, the Comcast continues to charge me for service. Comcast's lobbyists are excellent. They persuaded the US Congress and numerous state legislatures to limit the number of companies providing internet service. Municipalities often find it impossible to provide service to their residents. It's high time to end Comcast's days as an oligopoly or a monopoly. read more

If you look at Comcast's reviews page on the Better Business Bureau website, the following statement can be found at the very top: "Please be advised that due to the high volume of complaints received for this business, BBB publishes 1 out of every 20 complaints handled through our conciliation process." The only other Internet provider in Ann Arbor is AT&T, and yet this statement is NOT displayed on its BBB reviews page. As someone who has lived / worked / studied in, and/or visited 20 countries, I am well aware that customer service is a concept and practice that no longer exists in the U.S. Even so, the level of DISservice at Comcast is staggering. It is hands-down the most poorly run company I have ever encountered. I had been an Internet-only customer of Xfinity for an entire year, when I signed a new contract in order to continue service. Without any warning whatsoever, my Internet service was immediately cut off. No fewer than FOUR visits to this office later, plus two hour-long phone calls as well as numerous emails, I finally found out what one of the "problems" with my account was - that I did not have a working phone. But not before I was prevented from discovering the relevant information by the fact that someone who had previously lived at my address had not paid her Comcast bill in full. Obviously Comcast's system, or its staff, is not sophisticated enough to differentiate between VASTLY different names at the same address. When I finally got through to the right person, I was still unable to continue service due to her non-existent thinking, communication, and listening skills. Within the space of 5 minutes, she displayed 3 separate instances of her incapacity to listen, and yet when I pointed out the fact that she was not listening to my words, she retorted with, "You are speaking to me inappropriately." Clearly the only "appropriate" attitude to take with Comcast employees is to allow oneself to the roundly abused. The inability to reason and terrible attitude displayed by said person was replicated by every person I spoke to on the phone (3) as well as every female employee at this office (2). The male employees are better, both in attitude and in competence, but this did not prevent Comcast from stranding me without Internet service for 12 DAYS. The level of customer service at this office is so bad that I actually travelled twice as far to the other Comcast location outside town, just to avoid it - only to find out that this is the only office in the area for service. I did not think there could be more disadvantages to living in Ann Arbor than those which were immediately apparent to me when I moved here, but the fact that one is obliged to consider Comcast's more expensive competitor, AT&T, or go without Internet, is clearly another. After this experience, I can say with certainly that, had I known the level of incompetence I would encounter, I would have paid the $10 more per month that it costs to switch to AT&T, even if I would be $100 out-of-pocket in addition due to installation fees. If you live in an apartment complex, you may or may not be able to avoid the latter by calling the office's AT&T rep. And before you think that this review was written by someone who cannot be read more

Comcast is a monopolizing, manipulative, unreliable company. I moved to a new home and therefore wanted to move my services from Comcast to this new home. I called to set this up and the customer service representative told me that my home has never had cable before and therefore she was going to have to send a specific technician over to run wiring. She then told me that this hook-up would cost $60.00. The date of service comes and the technician hesitantly hooks up 1 of the 3 TV's up with cable that we had scheduled. He then tells me that he cannot hook up the others because of their location in the home (the other 2 TV's are centrally located, not along-side an external wall). He tells me that this will cost more money to hook up - $15 dollars for every 15 minutes and he really did not have time to do it. I tell him that that is not what was agreed upon by phone and he left without connecting the other two TV's. He left us some cable so we could, "wire it ourselves and it would save us money". Shortly after he leaves a Comcast sales representative came to our home to ask us if we wanted to upgrade our service. I told him absolutely not and explained what had just happened with the install (or lack there of) and he said that was ridiculous and to call and complain. After some time, I called back to schedule the service install and talk to someone about my concerns and I was disconnected twice and it took 1 hour and 23 minutes before I was able to reach someone to schedule a technician to come out to my home. She did not seem privy to my concerns but scheduled the install any how. We agreed upon 8am-9am as the time frame in which a technician would come to the house. The next day, we received a courtesy call for our service install for noon-2pm time slot. Obviously, this is not what I scheduled so I had to call later that night to cancel/reschedule. I spoke to a gentleman named Terrance from Virginia and he cancelled and rescheduled the service hook up for me. Despite all of the time spent cancelling/rescheduling, a Comcast contractor by the name of Len still came out to our home between the noon-2pm time slot that was never approved by me (I encourage them to review the tapes since they are recorded for quality assurance....). I called back AGAIN to have service in our home and was eventually successful; or so I thought. The same contractor we had originally came back to our home and told us the exact same thing again - no, it is $15 dollars for every 15 min per technician (there were two technicians this time). Again, we argued as that is not what is being said to us over the phone and we will not agree to something that has never been explained to us. We agreed to a $60 installation fee - no one has ever mentioned any other fees to us except for this technician. He was asked to leave. I then call AGAIN to try and get my service figured out as it has been almost 2 months since we were promised 3 TV's hooked up and still only have 1. I refuse to pay for services that I am not receiving. I called and requested to speak to a manager and a formal complaint was filed and I was told a manager would call me within 24 hours; no manager ever called me. I then call AGAIN and talk to Patricia who simply says that she is not from the right department and can't help me, so she tries to transfer me but says there is something wrong with their system and says I just have to call back.... UNBELIEVABLE. I call back again and speak with Charmaine and she says that it is up to the discretion of the technician in regards to how much installation costs. I told her that is absurd specifically because she was the one and only person who has ever mentioned that to us. I told her what the technician said it was going to cost ($15 dollars for every 15 min per technician) and she says, "no, that's not what it costs". She then offers to send someone back out to our home and I told her no way. I did not want a technician to come out until we had discussed what this is really going to cost because I was not going to be told for a 3rd time, $15 dollars for every 15 minutes. She says that she was going to contact a local Comcast center near my home to see if they could give me a more accurate estimate, and even potentially come out to our home to give us an estimate. Charmaine says that they will call me and once again, no one has ever called me. I currently have an open case with the BBB PS - the x1 combo box that doubles as a router is terrible. read more

Comcast is at it again. They lost one of my son's payments. They called us and we notified them that THEY CASHED THE CHECK almost a month ago. They made out an "Inquiry" and said they would call us back when they found it. We gave them the check number, the payment amount, the date THEY cashed the check and the guarantee number of the transaction from the bank. In less than a month, they put the account into collections and shut off the service!!! We opened ANOTHER inquiry and they said they would turn the service back on. Now WE have to go searching the bank for documentation that THEY CASHED THE CHECK and fax it (not email it as they can't handle that yet) to them, and HOPE they straighten it out. This is exactly why I quit doing business with them in the past and plan to never deal with them again! Poor service! Incompetent management and business practices! Poor customer services. Had them for 7 months my bill started at about 113 a month. I then moved and they changed my services without informing me and add home phone when i dont have a home phone to begin with and my new price was over 190 a month. i got them to change it back to what I had after 5 phone calls but my new price was over 140 a month now. they called me a few months later offering a new plan with higher internet speeds and said it was going to be the same price i was already paying but turned out to be 30 more I call to complain again they said thy give me back what i had before for 106 a month and give me my hbo free for 3 months. I just got my bill and its 147. will not be recommending them to anyone until they can be truth full about the price they are charging. read more

Incompetence, at 6:35am this morning, 4/3/2017, I get a call from Xfinity alarm service, I tell them I'm not interested and why are they calling me at this time in the morning? The woman starts to argue with me so I hang up. 10 minutes later this woman calls back to tell me someone has broken in to my home. I tell her to get her shit together, she is still arguing with me, even when I tell her I do not have her service! So, whom ever had their home broken into, guess what? You are not getting the help you need from Comcast! They are too busy harassing me and arguing with me, when they should be getting you some help! Too bad you are paying for services that won't be much help to you! Good luck! I use their internet but that is it, they are so incompetent and expensive. I would never use their alarm service, you are putting your home in jeopardy if you do, obviously, they will be too busy calling me and arguing with me, or someone else, even when we don't have their alarm service! read more

Comcast does have the better product in my area compared to ATT and WOW, however their service is soooo bad that I can't give them more than 2 stars. The pricing is outrageous! They give you a really low intro rate but then the rate will almost double after its over. The majority of the support techs don't seem to know what they are doing. The company seems like a bunch of different parts, for example the guy that you return your cable box to cannot adjust your bill. So you have to call different numbers to get specific issues resolved. They really need to have a meeting and get organised. They have a great product but horrible service! read more

I just moved to MI and decided to use Comcast because it was so wonderful in CA. This review is not about Comcast TV, although it is great, the service installer is who I am writing about. His name is Brian J, Tech # 2376. I was blown away with his knowledge regarding all the 4 TV's in my house and Comcast. He is the perfect example of excellent customer service. He took the time to make sure he had answered all my questions. He did not rush in and connect the TV's and dash out the door. I had a problem a few weeks later with a TV not receiving the signal. Comcast gets ZERO stars. They have no clue what customer service is. I had their service for about two years. My TV. in my bedroom did not get reception. I called and scheduled for a service tech to come out. Comcast canceled my appointment several times telling me that my problem was due to a service outage. Really my other TV. works just fine. After 10 tries I finally got a new box. Then THEY send me a new box that removes 50% of the channels I'm paying for and then tell me to get my service back it will cost me more. Don't think so. Also they jacked up my monthly bill by telling me that they forgot to charge me for my HD box for the past two years. That was the last straw. I told them to come and get their crap out of my house. I now have Direct TV and I couldn't be happier. Stay away from Anything to do with Comcast. read more

You pay enough for their service, you'd think you'd get what you pay for. It's bad enough Comcast cuts off some of the programing, I pay for, with local commercials they've sold, but with Headline News they have been cutting off the last five minutes of quite a few of the HLN shows for local crap. Today they cut off the shuttle launch for some local crap. I'm waiting for U-verse, I'm hoping U-verse won't be dictating my viewing habits based on what they think I should watch. read more

Worst ever!!!!! They sold us X1 then came to house to install- 3 hours later after tech said we couldn't install since we needed 11 xi boxes and that many cant work- and the sales person on phone kept saying yes they can! It was a nightmare!! Then that night the techs didn't cancel the appt like they were supposed to- and in the middle of watching my DVR- it went to an error message.-I was then on hold for one hour before I got through and was told that because the techs never cancelled the order- it cancelled my DVR boxes. The person in Colorado was unable to fix. I then called the next day- was on hold twice for 30 minutes before the phone rang and then disconnected. Then I got through to a person after another half hour- made him take my cell and pleaded if he lost me to call me- said he was putting me on hold for 3 minutes...25 minutes later it on its own sent me back to the main menu!!!!! Had to wait another 30 minutes- this person couldn't hear me and after screaming for 10 minutes so she could get my cell- she finally called me back!!! This is the worst customer service eve!!! And it has always been like this! I am looking for new service since I can't take this anymore!!!! read more

If I could give zero stars then I would. I hate Comcast xfinity shitty customer service and providers I first got internet then the price jumped up to 70$-80 for internet I have dish cable and been with them they don't offer Internet. Anyways I called to do a bundle up thing it would have saved me money so the guy sends all this equipment out not knowing someone was supposed to come a hook it up. Called waited for 20 min like usual they supposedly made an appointment for service to get hooked up but for 2 weeks then no one showed. Got a bill about 1 week ago and the bill was $300!!!! I didn't even have cable or phone hooked up only Internet from a while ago and they send me a bill for this package deal like wtf I called them and billing was closed they said sorry this sorry that. It's wasn't good enough I been on the phone over 20 min. Crazy!!!!! I hate this company and the ppl who dont know what they are doing.
