    Im glad they have awesome employees like Rene & im glad I got myself the phone I wanted today! I was skeptical for awhile weather I wanted a new phone or not with xfinity mobile. I was also not sure if I wanted to upgrade. I've had comcast / xfinity internet for years and always been a happy customer. Customer service is top notch and im always happy with results. I've decided I had to get the iPhone 13. Went into the store and got two new iPhone 13s from sales associate Renee , whom let me mention was spectacular salesman and made me feel like every move I was making was a good one. With that being said before I decided to go with xfinity I wanted to connect my cellular watch with xfinity for awhile but had no line with them and I also got that connected today! Thank you Renee - I will def be referring people to come to you personally - such a sweet young lady. I left with my husband a happy customer us both having new iPhones !!! The iPhone 13 in pink ^.^ and blue for the iPhone mini, yay!!!

    I got up this morning to pay my bill waited in line in front of the store. Went in and they took my name I said I just want to pay my cell bill so the lady with big eyelashes sent me to the kiosk to pay it wouldn't work for me. She avoided eye contact to confirm she saw it didn't work so I went back to the front and when I saw she was walking up I told her and she wouldn't even take time to point out how to work it or what happened then the young man with the uncombed hair tried to avoid helping by telling the people that came in behind me it's a 30 min wait instead of just saying give me a moment I'll go over and try to see what's wrong with the machine. I left to come outside to write a review about the kings canyon store here in Fresno I think it's just this side of town where they treat customers this way like people are not a priority or they just don't have proper training. This store gets 1 Star.

    Long wait times throughout the day! There needs to be a separate line for pick up and drop off!

I texted him later asking for all promises be put in writing. I received a text back to the effect that the installer would have it. I also spoke to him on the phone. This morning after reading the reviews and speaking to friends I decided to keep my TV service as is. After leaving a voice mail I received a return call. Mister nice guy was gone. When I told him I wanted the pending to be removed from my bank account removed he informed me that he'd already dropped the processing fee down from $50. and that his time is valuable. I was told that I would have to call Direct TV to try to get the money. I phoned Direct TV and cancelled my order. I was also able to get the money back. My whole experience has left a bad feeling for this man's hard sell tactics and especially his major attitude change when I asked questions and cancelled. If this is indicative of the salespeople it's quite disturbing. I live in a senior complex and can see others being pushed into questionable actions. I am grateful for the other reviews. They helped me to make a decision. I will NOT deal with them again

    First of all....you can read my entire complaint on YELP but the abridged version is.....WORST…read moreCOMPANY EVER! I put my account on extended vacation mode last 6/24/25 w/DIRECTV rep telling me...."call us when you want to resume". To date 5/5/26 I haven't requested resuming their service & I had accrued a $118.82 credit balance. Today, 5/5/26 I opened a bill for $191.01 as they absconded with my $118.82 credit balance applying it to their 4/26/26 bill of $309.83 that I did NOT authorize! Joy (supervisor & 3rd person I spoke with) claimed they sent me an informing email or letter (she didn't know which) of resuming service". LIE!!! THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! Stupid me, I still had my account set for autopay So they stole $191.01 from my VISA account. 3 reps & 2 hrs later, their supervisor Joy told me I could "smash up their unwanted /NON-WORKING equipment with a sledge hammer if I so choose". So YES, I cancelled DIRECTV today but not before they managed to get another $309.83 out of me for absolutely NOTHING as we haven't used their over-priced service since June 24, 2025! They are THIEVES! Their equipment doesn't even work!! People, BEWARE! Use streaming services, Utube, anything BUT DIRECTV! I only wish I could give them negative stars as one star is waaaaaay too many and highly undeserved! What I got from DIRECTV was a whole lot of frustration! What they get from me is BAD PRESS! I hope it's worth it to them! And I hope you'll read my YELP review and direct your friends to these reviews as well! Please protect yourselves and your loved ones from this underhanded company!

This past February 2026 it was $165, then my April bill arrives and it's $227! No explanation, no change in service, no upgrades just a giant jump in monthly service. I call Xfinity and spoke with Alex informing him I'm considering canceling my service unless my billing is adjusted lower. After his blah blah blah and round and round we go for 30 minutes he states he can lower it to $147.63 locked in for 5 years, including upping my WiFi speed to 1 GPS and no change in service. Cool, I agree and we part ways. Three hours later I flick on the TV to see I'm missing a bunch of channels. I call Xfinity and spoke with Yvette and after awhile she states I went from 125 channels down to 20-25 channels. Grrrr j aws tight moment. I ask to reinstate the 125 channels. She does and after 15 minutes said my monthly would be $220 and that's the best she could do. Ridiculous. And gave her an April 30th end of service. My money goes to streaming not to rip off Comcast/Xfinity.

    I had a really frustrating experience at this Xfinity store today around 4 PM…read more I walked in and wasn't greeted at all. One employee (blue hair, name Jean) looked right at me more than once and didn't say anything. I stood there for about five minutes waiting, while other customers came in after me and were greeted and helped right away. I finally had to speak up and ask if anyone was going to help me, and all I got was a quick "oh sorry, how can we help you?" like it wasn't a big deal. The whole staff seemed completely out of it--low energy, not paying attention, and just not interested in helping customers. When I said I wanted to buy an Apple Watch and asked how long the wait would be, I was told it might take a while because everyone needed to take lunch. That shouldn't be the customer's problem. I wasn't expecting anything special--just basic customer service like being acknowledged and helped in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, I felt ignored and unwelcome. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and I definitely won't be coming back or recommending this location.
