Knowing that was an issue, I quickly switched to see if my Wi-Fi was working, and still no internet access on my phone. This is the kind of day that will make a man go crazy when you're disconnected from the outside world. Long story short, I went into Verizon and received the absolute best customer service I've had in a long time. The gentleman's name was Ruggeri and he knew exactly what to do to diagnose my phone to make sure that he could get it working again perfectly. Lo and behold, after a few tries and a SIM reset, my phone was working perfectly. Thank you, Ruggero, for all of your help and your kindness, and I highly recommend coming to this store and getting your phone serviced by Ruggero.

The gentleman that helped me with my Verizon acct screwed up my entire acct. Deliberately lied about what my phone payments would be, what I would be loosing from my current service, etc. He was very unpleasant to other customers in store while I was present. I went in for a 2nd time to try and fix the issue (as advised by Verizon rep) he was so unhelpful and again, rude to other people in the store. It's been over 2 months and I'm still trying to fix the issues he created with my phone accts. I do not recommend this business.

Once I arrive there the manager Ray assisted me right away and introduced me to Noberto who is the technician throughout the transaction. I appreciate it their time and their patience because when you transfer one phone to another as we know it takes it consumes a lot of amount of time. I explained that I had an open-box Google Pixel 11 Pro that had been purchased approximately one week earlier and had never been activated. Rather than selling it outright, I was interested in trading it toward an older model. I was initially offered $480 for a device with an MSRP of approximately $1,100, which was already disappointing. When I clarified that I was primarily interested in a trade rather than a direct sale, I was directed to the company's website. After spending additional time answering questions through their online chat and waiting more than 10 minutes between some responses, another representative ultimately told me that they do not buy new phones. The most frustrating part was the inconsistency between representatives and locations. CellNow initially engaged me about acquiring my device, only for another representative to later state that the company does not purchase devices like mine. Had this policy been communicated clearly from the beginning, the entire exchange could have been avoided. Overall, the experience was disappointing because of the extremely low offer, inconsistent information between representatives, and the amount of time wasted trying to determine whether CellNow was actually interested in the type of transaction they initially discussed with me.
